About Our Condo: Maui Kamaole is a Top-Rated Property and I-115 is a Top-Rated Condo within the complex. We employ a local management company to care for our condo and our guests. Their full staff is available 24 hours a day should you have any questions or problems while you are our guests. The Front Desk at Maui Kamaole is open daily to answer any questions about the complex or activities on Maui. We chose this condo for its quiet, private location and its Ocean View. It is our personal vacation home, not one of a string of condos we rent. This spacious Ground-Floor unit has clean tiled floors and baths. The Corian Kitchen has high quality appliances, including ice/water thru-the-door refrigerator, smooth-top stove, microwave and dishwasher. Two air conditioners supplement the ceiling fans in LR and BR. Sliders at both ends of the condo are fitted with night locks so you can sleep safely with fresh air. The BR has blackout drapes should you want to sleep in of a morning or take a nap. There is a full size washer-dryer. You'll enjoy Cable TV with DVD in the LR, and a TV and CD/Clock/Radio in the BR. FREE Broadband Wireless. There are two phones and an answering machine. There is a high quality, Eastern King Size (twin option) bed in the bedroom and a comfortable 6-inch-thick mattress Queen Size sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy views of the ocean and West Maui Mountains from the generous and very private front lanai and lawn. Sunbathe in the quiet walled garden courtyard off the bedroom while you look up at Haleakala.
