We enjoyed our stay very much in this lovely condo. We stayed for a week in July. Everything was beautifully presented, and clean. The bed was nice and comfy. We never needed to use the air-conditioning, ceiling fans and having the doors both ends of the condo open worked well. Although we did notice those above us had their air-conditioning going 24/7. We enjoyed the lovely pools on the property. We also liked the fact that it was on the end of south Kihei, yet close enough to the different shopping complexes. We enjoyed exploring all the beaches further south of the condo. Enjoyed snorkelling at the Dumps twice, especially seeing the turtles there. Other highlights for us was the road to Hana, and a day spent exploring upcountry and the crater. We have no hesitation in recommending this property to others, it is in a great part of Kihei, and we would love to stay here again. Thanks Sue for the use of your lovely home.

What can I say except that Sue and Leo have done an outstanding job of making their condo a 'true' home away from home. Their condo has an ideal ocean view with privacy; the king bed in the master bedroom is soooo comfortable;the beach chairs and toys were so convenient and the condo was exceptionally clean and provisioned just like 'home'. We had a few hic-cups, just normal wear and tear like the timer on the dryer wasn't working, and Sue jumped on our email immediately and had an appliance repairman out the next day. The Condo is located in a perfect spot for accessing beaches, snorkeling, shopping and restaurants and ooh, the gardens at this complex are like none other. It is a beautiful complex with flowers and mature trees everywhere - wait until you see the 'Oasis' pool - it's to die for! We came home truly feeling like we had relaxed and have our fingers crossed that we can return next year - but this time for an entire month! Thank you Sue and Leo - it was a pleasure dealing with you and we appreciate your entrusting us with your wonderful Maui home. Jim & Gloria

Aloha.....This is our 5th consecutive year visiting this lovely condo! What to do, what to do? Escape tedious routine, look at or visit Haleakula, drive the road to Hana, sit in the sun, sit in the shade, read a good book, relax at the poolside, buy fresh local Kula fruits and veggies from convenient local markets, enjoy local Maui beef, attend the swap meet in Wialuku, watch the Humpback whales or go on a whale watch, enjoy a glass of wine over-looking the beautiful waters of the Pacific Ocean, play in the sparkling blue ocean waters, snorkel, walk a choice of beaches, golf, rent a bike or a scooter, dine in style or in comfort, sleep like a baby, love being alive, take in the flora and fauna of the beautiful Island State.....do it all from the comfort of MK I115. We have appreciated all the upgrades that Sue and Leo have made to this well equipped and comfortable condo over the years, enhancing the pleasure of a relaxing and exciting holiday. What more can be said except, make sure you taste the coconut pudding ice cream and other delicious flavours from the Maui Rosalini Dairy ....see you next year. J and P, Edmonton, AB

This was our third time staying at I-115. As always, the condo was very clean & well stocked. Appreciate the beach chairs & towels, cooler & library of books. Love sitting on the lanai for breakfast & the short walk to the beach for sunset & to connect with the Heritage trail for the oceanside hike into Wailea. It's so nice not to have the fight the crowds at the pool like you do at a resort. Plenty of chaises available & never crowded. Owners are great to work with & very responsive to any issues that come up. Can't wait to return next year!!

Really enjoyed our stay in Maui Kamaole I-115. We always enjoy cooking many of our own meals while travelling, so we took full advantage of the well-stocked kitchen, as well as using the grills (gas) located in the complex. Particularly well situated for activities in Kihei, Makena, Wailea, but not really too far from anywhere on the island. We found the condo itself to be well taken care of and very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone.

This is our 2nd stay at this beautiful condo. We stayed July 7th thru July 14th this trip and enjoyed every minute. Not only is it well maintained, but it has all the extras that you could possibly think of: coolers, beachchairs, boogie boards, sand toys. The kitchen is well equipped. Thank you for the starter kit of paper products, shampoo, kitchen soaps, laundry soap. We arrived late and the key waa easily accessible. We can't wait to go back to our home away from home! Thanks Sue and Leo.

Owner response:It's always nice to hear back from returning guests. Ten couples and families come back often for stays of two to six weeks. Some found our condo on their first visit to Maui; they enjoy coming 'home'. Guests who have paid more for less on Maui are even more appreciative of a well-maintained, comfortable 'home'. Before buying at Maui Kamaole we rented our share of 'bare bones' condos with hard chairs, 40W lamps, questionable carpeting, non-cooling A/C units and noisy ceiling fans. No more! We want to be comfortable, and we want the same for our guests. We know we can rely on our 'fussy cleaner' and on our agency to keep everything in top shape -- for us and for guests. Maui is even more enjoyable from 'home' at Maui Kamaole I-115.

Moira and I stayed at the Martin's condo from Nov 1-22nd 2009 5th time back to Maui. All we can say is a large thank you for allowing us to use your home. Spacious, exceptionally clean, plus the view was excellent. Sue/Leo you have a wonderful (unit I 115) and I know how busy you get as we wanted to be there same time next year. Each evening we sat out on the Lanai which overlooks the ocean and mountains. This is a place we would highly recommend to our friends and for those who take the time to read the comments. We had the pleasure of staying in the Martin's condo for ten days in October. This was our 9th visit to Kihei; by far the Martin's condo is the best we have stayed in. We found the unit to be clean, quiet, and stocked with all needed amenities. The condo is conveniently located without suffering the hustle and bustle. The beaches are nearby and meals on the lanai are really enjoyable. Sue was extremely helpful with all questions. We recommend this unit readily, we will be returning.

We stayed in this unit in August 2009. There were 4 of us and we found the condo to be very spacious. The lanai faces the northwest so we were able to enjoy that space without the sun beating down on us. We enjoyed using both pools, both a short walk from the condo. We also enjoyed Maluaka beach, about 5 minutes south, and seeing several green sea turtles. This is a great condo in a very nice area, perfect starting point for beach activities and for visiting Haleakala or the Road to Hana.

We spent a wonderful and relaxing 12 days in your condo. The view of the ocean was great and condo was so quiet and restful and very well equipped even down to beach toys for our granddaughter! The pools and hot tub were great with so much ambience with flowers and lighting. We couldn't have asked for more!!

My husband and I stayed in this condo for five nights at the end of May 2009 and we absolutely loved it! The condo was exactly as it was described on VRBO and in pictures. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated all the little amenities so much. They have everything you could possibly need, including kitchen items, beach chairs, coolers, etc. The location was wonderful and the views spectacular. We really couldn't have asked for a better spot to stay in Maui and we hope that we'll find a way to get back some day!

We rented this condo for 1 week in Nov/09 and were very pleased with everything. Lots of room, clean and modern decor with many extras for guests to use. Location is good and quiet and has a Lanai with an ocean view. We would stay here again and would recommend to family and friends.

My Aunt and I stayed for 8 nights at the end of July. Just wanted to let you know how very much we enjoyed your amazing home in paradise. First impression, standing in the entrance of your condo, looking through to the view from the lanai, was awesome. We feel blessed to have stayed there. Beautifully decorated, obviously a labor of love. So many nice touches. We felt very comfortable and pampered. We were somewhat saddened to leave and I attempted to convince my Aunt that we didn't have to go. Hopefully we will find our way back soon.

My wife and I and 17 month old daughter stayed at this condo May 19-26, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Very comfortable, spacious and clean, with all the amenities you need, perfect location close to many beaches, and a great view from the lanai of the ocean in the distance. We had a wonderful 12-day stay in this beautiful Maui Kamaole condo! I write this now as I sit out on your lanai on our last night in your condo. I'm happy to say that this unit is fantastic and the location couldn't be better. Directly across from the Kihei boat ramp, and a 5 minute walk to Kamole Beach III... We sat on your lanai eating pineapple this morning watching the whales in the distance! Kihei is a perfect location on Maui, and your unit is simply wonderful and well equipped! Better than any hotel, this was a home away from home for us, except your bed is way more comfortable. When in Maui next, you'll be hearing from us! What a fantastic vacation!!!

We have just returned from a 19 day stay at this beautiful condominium. The location and the condo itself could not have been better ...quiet (even at the height of the high season) AND very convenient, beautifully decorated, well-equipped and a great lay-out for our family of four. The bathrooms felt like being in one of the Wailea resorts! Close to the pools too. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Maui.

This lovely condo is a home away from home. Quiet, comfortable and well- equipped, this oasis is a lovely spot to escape to. Located high upon the hillside, it offers a nice view of the ocean and all of its glory. We are looking forward to a return visit in 2008.

We stayed at this condo in August 2007 and really enjoyed it. It was well furnished and equipped and had a nice view of the ocean. It had nice little extras that made life easier, such as a beach umbrella, cooler, etc. We would certainly stay there again.
