Renovation completed in 2006. All new rooms, home furnishings, and kitchen with granite countertops and new appliances. Spacious five Bedroom three Bath home is a short walk (three tenths of a mile) to the beautiful Ridgevale Beach.
The home is direct marsh front, surrounded by a one acre private setting. Ridgevale Beach is a wonderful family retreat on Nantucket Sound also offering a salt water lagoon/pool where children play for hours and hunt for hermit crabs too! Ridgevale Beach has a sandwich and icecream shop that offers water sport rentals too.
The 2500 square foot home offers five bedrooms including two queen-size beds, two sets of twin beds, and one set of bunk beds. Living Room, Kitchen and 800 square foot great room which leads to a large deck overlooking the marsh. For Summer 2007, an additional "childrens playroom" was added offering everyone their own space. Decor consists of fun aquatic theme with games and tv too!

Chatham is a beautiful quaint Cape Cod community with a charming town center (distance 2.5 miles) filled with beautiful shops and resturants. And bandstand concerts every Friday night in the town center is an added bonus!
