Instead of waking up in the mornings to four walls in a tiny one bedroom, in our premium quality studio condo you can turn your head and enjoy the breathtaking views of the islands of Lanai and Molokai and the West Maui ocean.

Our air-conditioned lanai provides a cozy comfortable place to enjoy entertaining, reading or whale watching even on hot afternoons, and is always the best spot to see the incredible Maui sunsets. Maui Kai 306 is one of the few condos at the Maui Kai that has had the partition removed between the living area and the lanai, increasing the living area dramatically and allowing guests to enjoy the views from the ocean-front lanai in air conditioned comfort. Or, throw open the wide lanai windows to feel the trade winds and hear the waves breaking on the beach below.

A comfortable, romantic, Tommy Bahamas king-size bed offers sleeping accommodations for two. Enjoy eating-in using our fully equipped kitchen, or the gas BBQs next to the cabana and pool.

Swim, surf, boogie board, snorkel and splash in the ocean on the beach below and adjacent to the condo. Enjoy the views from the lanai of sea turtles feeding in the waters, humpback whales (best time is from December through mid-April)and spinning dolphins.

  • Beachfront: Our condo is the closest accomodation on the island of Maui to the ocean, is approximately 30 feet from the water, and faces the ocean with a panoramic view of the islands of Lanai and Molokai.

  • Computer: Shared computer with internet access and printer available in the poolside cabana.
  • Broadband Internet: The cable to connect your laptop is on our desk in the condo. There is no charge for this service.

  • We enjoyed our stay in Unit 306 very much. The unit has everything one needs to enjoy Maui--truly, a home away from home. The view is spectacular, and eating breakfast and lunch on the enclosed lanai soon became a daily ritual. Maui Kai's location is perfect -- the building is on Ka'anapali Beach and is about six miles north of Lahaina Town and a short drive from the beautiful beaches of Napili and Kapalua (just head north on Lower Honoapiilani Road). A supermarket (Star Market) is just around the corner, so stocking up on groceries is a cinch. All in all, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay in Unit 306 again.

  • My husband and I had an amazing time staying at this condo. It had everything we needed from snorkel gear and beach chairs to pots and pans and a blender. The sunset views from the lanai were beautiful. A sea turtle swam by me while I was in the ocean right in front of the condo! I could not have asked for a better Maui experience.

  • It was truly home away from home, except with a better view! Excellent whale watching and beautiful sunsets from the lanai nightly were memorable. It has ALL the beach equipment you could possibly need for a beach vacation. Location is great! Close to Lahaina and great snorkeling spots. I would definitely stay there again!

  • The Maui Kai 306 is a *fabulous* condo. The building seemed a bit older, but the room itself has been immaculately maintained and very generously furnished (mmm, broadband internet!). The ocean view is stunning, too -- there's even a chance of January whale-watching without leaving your room! The only downside to the property is that the location is on the northern edge of tourist territory, so you'll almost certainly be driving south for any scheduled activities and entertainments.

  • Thanks Cathy and David for a wonderful stay in your "home away from home"! We loved our stay at the Maui Kai 306 and would definitely stay here again. It had all the comforts of home. My husband and I stayed from 12/4 to 12/11/08. The condo was beautiful! It looks exactly like the pictures on the website and it had an awesome view! You could lie in bed at night listening to the waves and when you look out, all you see is the ocean, you are THAT close to it! We loved having our breakfast at the lanai, which is enclosed for extra room but you can open the windows to enjoy the fresh air. We even slept with the windows open (there are screens) the entire time. The condo was beautifully furnished and very clean. The views were so perfect that we decided to eat in 5 nights because oceanfront dining can not can any better than these views! It was a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Maui Kai 306! Thanks again! Also, thanks for the gift basket, it was very thoughtful of you!

The unit was exactly as described, clean and stocked with everything you need and best of all the awesome views!! The welcome basket was a nice touch. We would definitely highly recommend the condo to our family and friends. We would also like to note that the washer and dryer located just outside the condo were convenient to use.
