Our Dewey Beach home is located within walking distance to the ocean (one and a half blocks) and is geared toward providing a memorable family beach vacation for our guests.
This cedar and brick rambler provides 1700 square feet of open living area with cathedral ceilings, skylights, etc. A large private deck area behind the house is great for family barbecues. There is a storage shed adjacent to the deck where you will find beach chairs, rafts, beach toys, etc. for your convenience. An extra full-size refrigerator is provided in the storage shed. There is an outdoor shower located on the side of the house near the front entrance; a large adjoining patio area next to the shower provides a quick and convenient clean-up area following your day at the beach. There is ample parking for up to five vehicles. Privacy fenced yard and fenced area (10'x20')in backyard for pets.
Living area provides a large TV room with a fireplace, cathedral ceilings, comfortable seating with sectional sofa and two oversized leather recliners. A large fully furnished kitchen opens to dining area with daybed for extra sleeping accommodations.
Master bedroom with two full-size beds and one single bed opens to deck on back of house; adjoining master bathroom with full shower and bath. A smaller master bedroom is equipped with one queen-size bed and one single bed; adjoining master bathroom with full shower. A smaller bedroom with one set of bunk beds and a single bed is located next to the hallway, adjacent to the third full bath.
House is close to the beach, centrally located to many activities, shopping, restaurants, night life, etc.

This was the best vacation I ever had. I stayed a month and the house was safe and warm and just what we needed. The kitchen was big and totally stocked and the beach was only a block away. My dogs and I went everyday and met alot of nice people there with some other very friendly dogs. The owners were so great and we always just a call away if you needed anything or had a question. I will definately be back here again and again. The house was cozy and I felt totally at home. Thank you for the best time. It was a much needed break from work. All the people I met around here were great.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, pet owners, girls getaway, families with young children.
