Our Dewey Beach home is located within walking distance to the ocean (one and a half blocks) and is geared toward providing a memorable family beach vacation for our guests.
This cedar and brick rambler provides 1700 square feet of open living area with cathedral ceilings, skylights, etc. A large private deck area behind the house is great for family barbecues. There is a storage shed adjacent to the deck where you will find beach chairs, rafts, beach toys, etc. for your convenience. An extra full-size refrigerator is provided in the storage shed. There is an outdoor shower located on the side of the house near the front entrance; a large adjoining patio area next to the shower provides a quick and convenient clean-up area following your day at the bach. There is ample parking for up to five vehicles. Fenced yard.
Living area provides a large TV room with a fireplace, cathedral ceilings, comfortable seating with sectional sofa and two oversized leather recliners. A large fully furnished kitchen opens to dining area with daybed for extra sleeping accommodations.
Master bedroom with two full-size beds and one single bed opens to deck on back of house; adjoining master bathroom with full shower and bath. A smaller master bedroom is equipped with one queen-size bed and one single bed; adjoining master bathroom with full shower. A smaller bedroom with one set of bunk beds and a single bed is located next to the hallway, adjacent to the third full bath.
House is close to the beach, centrally located to many activities, shopping, restaurants, night life, etc.
