Owners private cedar lakefront home on Lake Scugog. The home is over 6000 square feet and is finished in the finest materials.
The in-ground pool has sun beds and a nice bar stool type sitting area. Attached is a firepit that is surrounded by 10 cedar chairs. Pool and firepit are completely surrounded by natural flagstone. Sorry but the outside picture of lake and pool area does not show just how nice a set up you would enjoy. In addition an 1100 square foot deck that is set up like a living room and dining room. The deck has a large hottub. Outside seating for 36 very comfortably. The deck also has for your comfort a propane heater. The beach is about 100 feet wide(lakefront) and 30 feet deep with perfect sand.The home is on the eastern side of Scugog island which is the sheltered side and has road access. With three gas and one wood fireplace you are warm and snugly all year long.
The master suite is the size of a small house with his and her bathrooms. Included is a huge walk through marble shower and a two person jet tub. The view looks over the great room with full massive lakeview. Fireplace with private sitting area for two and walk in closet along with 36 inch TV and sound system. Large walk in closet. The bedroom suite is by Bob Mackie. The picture just can`t do this suite justice. Please note that rentals of less then 30 days have no closet access in master. Lots of space for clothes storage in suite regardless.
The kitchen is a chefs dream with stainless steel appliances and gas stove. Quality cookwear for the serious chef. All counters are Granite and most floors are granite,marble or oak. Greatroom has floor to ceiling windows wood fireplace and please be gentle with the large telescope. Dining indoors with seating is 16. Theatre room has state of the art sound system and 61 plasma. A large movie library for your quite nights is avaible. Large properly spaced billiard/dart/poker room with fireplace and huge bar in lower level with second dishwasher and fridge. House has four refrigerators three of which you can use. New 23 foot pontoon boat available at extra cost ($100/day). Very very private home but still only three km from a casino. The lake is calm and fishing at certain times is world class, please live release all muskie for the future fun of all. Birds are everywhere and our friend a Great Blue Heron has breakfast steps from our shoreline most mornings.
I can set you up with a famous fishing celebrity if available for $400-$500 for full day. Unlimited hot water because of laser system but please remember we are on a WELL. Out standing water quality with no smell and all is filtered and drinking water goes through a 5 stage process but would be fine with nothing at all.Huge BBQ with direct gas line to 800 pound tanks. Firewood available for outside burning at extra cost as some people like big fires and this gets costly. Home has 2 kings and 3 queens all in private rooms these sleep 10. A large "kids" room has 2 bunk beds and 1 queen along with
board games, xbox, tv,dvd type stuff. This sleeps 6.
Fire restrictions happen from city in really dry weather conditions. High speed internet and two fully functional offices are in house with great views. The 2 windows on second level on right side are offices not bedrooms.
NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED ANYWHERE INSIDE . No access to garage, it will be used for our storage. Check in 4pm. Check out 10am.

$3900/week except for $5400/week July and August $4400/ last week of June
$10,000 per month Sept through April excluding Dec
$1000 refundable security deposit, $250 cleaning fee.

Any week that touchs on a holiday is $4900 eg Xmas,Easter,Thanksgiving
