Highly professional booking service and assistance, good info package. Description of the location and facilities were accurate: great sea view, beach at walking distance, equipment as described. Local support was also very efficient Football fans would eventually prefer a larger tv-screen ( where is the ball ?), but tne season is now already over ( yes , it´s Manu! ) and who cares about football in summertime? Food lovers will find what ever they are looking for at the fantastic fish market in Lagos and if you would like to go for a sea bass in salt crust or a monk fish in red wine sauce, just do it, the kitchen is perfectly equipped.( recipes to follow after our next stay in this place) We can highly recommend the property and have very appreciated the very professional management of the booking ( including deposit return)

I can strongly recommend the appartment as base for holidays at the south and west coast of Portugal. It is in excellent condition and the service through the owner as well as his local agent is outstanding. Five stars for that. Another five for the very fast return of the deposit. Well, and the BBQ on one of the two spacious balconies, the sound and the view of the ocean from master bedroom and living room, the nice pool (with jacuzzi) and so on. The beach nearby (10 min walk / 3 min drive) is well suited for families with children. The town of Lagos offers supermarkets (3 & 5 min drive), restaurants and a some tours like dolphin watching on the ocean - saw hundreds of them. Don't miss the fortress of Sagres and the beach nearby as well as the Praia Amado plus at the west coast, what is 40 minute drive.

Everything turned out as described on the web site. A very modern and spacious apartment with a beautiful panoramic view. Good size pool and never too busy. Short walk to the popular beach. Two very good reastaurants at the beach (need to book in advance). The town of Lagos is 5 - 10mins by taxi and typically €5. The closest shop/supermarket to the apartment is a good 10 - 15 min walk. But in the heat of the day takis arrive in 5 mins. Overall this is a beautiful apartment and a beautiful area. The only change we would make next time is to hire a car and explore more of the neighbouring towns and beaches.

We stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks in July. Porto de Mos is a beautiful location and the Apartment in good proximity to the beach. It is a nice walk into Lagos, only 20 mins but worth it. The Apartment itself was excellent, everything you would need, all the mod-cons and we wanted for nothing. We would definitely go back.

Paul, the owner was super easy to deal with; I never had a problem with responses. Also no problems getting our deposit back; we received it within 9 days of vacating. The apartment itself, the view of the ocean in the pictures from the balcony, is as you look off the balcony in the distance, you see the ocean, there is a grassy field like area and more apts. & roads before you get to the actual beach. The building is very new and like Fort Knox, you will feel very secure. Not that this was ever an issue. The living & dining room are spacious, w/TV & stereo w/connected speakers in each bedroom. The kitchen is modern w/ granite countertops and full size appliances, w/a small balcony off the kitchen. Note:if there is only cold water when you arrive, go to kitchen balcony, there is a small room, plug in the hot water heater, it will take a few hours to heat up, I was too tired to wait, I took a cold shower the first night. After that, never had a shortage of hot water, pressure also good. Only things missing from the kitchen were salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oil, paper towels, garbage bags, and dish liquid. It's v-nice and spacious. loved it! The master bedroom has a small balcony that is shared w/living room/main balcony. The balcony has a table w/chairs & BBQ area. The Queen/Dbl bed in the master bedroom is super firm, I would call it hard. My boyfriend who likes firm beds even felt it was hard, even the sofas were hard. The 2nd rm was spacious with two twin beds. Plenty of drawer and closet space in both rooms with a safe box in the master closet. The large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub is in the middle of the two rooms, so if you have company, like we did, that would be their bathroom. The master bath is small with a small one person shower. I was really expecting the larger bath as our master bathroom, my boyfriend who loves Jacuzzi tubs was very disappointed. Although we were only there a week, it would have been nice to have had one extra bath/beach towel. I was told beach towels were provided so I didn’t bring one, the “beach towels” were their bath towels as well. You have one large and two hand towels. The apt. is about 5 min.from Lagos and about 3 min to Praia do Porto de Mos, would recommend to family and friends, safe, clean, like new and close to everything.Thanks Paul, Carol & Sylvester for a wonderful time, we will be back!

The apartment and sorroundings were great! The owner and the agents very friendly and provided excellent customer service! We had some family down to stay in one of the other apartments, and they also enjoyed the stay. Very family friendly! Best regards, the Johansens

The above Prices are based on 4 people. A supplement of £ 50 will be charged per additional bed space provided - with a Max of 6 persons allowed. Payment by Bank Transfer is preferred. Cheques and PayPal( 2% Supplement) are acceptable. A non refundable Booking Deposit of 25% is required to secure a confirmed Booking. The balance of 75% is to be paid 6 weeks before arrival date. Security Sum of £200 is required against damages or cleaning issues. Fully refunded when Agent confirms that no such problems arose. This Sum is payable with the 75% balance.
