My wife and I, and two children (ages 4 and 2) spent 9 nights in the condo and it was fantastic. The condo is beautifully decorated, with incredible ocean views. Waking up every morning and seeing the sun rising over the ocean is truly priceless. The condo is well equipped with everything you need and Paul and Sandy are very accommodating and always available to help with everything you need. Having a dedicated parking spot is also very nice given the location. The pool in the condo is small, but was more than enough for us. Finally, not only is the condo steps from the broadwalk and beach but is in a perfect location on the Hollywood strip. It's very close to all the bars and restaurants, but just far enough away, that the beach in front of the building is very quiet. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a place in Hollywood, close to the beach to come here. You won't be sorry. Thanks Paul and Sandy. Dave

My friends and i thoroughly enjoyed staying at Paul and Sandy's place. The unit offered all the comforts of home along with anything you may need for a perfect day at the beach (chairs, umbrellas, and towels). The location of the unit is perfect- it is steps from the beach, walking distance to many great restaurants, and a short walk to the water taxi stop at Joes Tiki Bar. Paul and Sandy went above and beyond to ensure everything was just right for a carefree week at the beach. We will be return guests!

This was my most favorite vacation yet. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as home. The view from the kitchen window is amazing, we sat there every morning drinking our coffee. We enjoyed walking on the board walk, the beautiful beach and all the restaurants/bars you can walk to in minutes. The owners also leave a list of there favorite spots which was very helpful. We also enjoyed the heat pool. Can't wait to go back.

Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The owners were extremely hospitable and accomodating. An early morning landing mean't we had several hours before check-in. A quick call and arrangements were made to enter the rental a few hours earlier than scheduled. On arrival, we were greeted by the owner with a lovely bottle of white wine and a treasure trove of info re local eateries and things to do .The condo was neat and tidy and appears newly renovated.It has a beautiful view of the ocean and is steps away from the boardwalk.Highly recommended.

We recently stayed at Paul and Sandy's condo in Hollywood, this was our 7yr visiting Hollywood but our first time at this condo. What a wonderful place. You will find all the luxuries that you have at home in this rental. It was very clean and they accommodated us because we arrived very early. Enjoying your morning coffee looking out at the beach was very peaceful. It is very true when they say "all you need is your toothbrush and bathing suit". I do hope to return to this rental next year. Thank you Paul and Sandy for the use of your vacation home.

This is our second year to stay at this condo, and we highly recommend it. It is perfect for my husband and me, and we will be coming back again and again. The place is updated, very attractive, comfortable, private, quiet, and clean. Router and wifi there in the condo with high speed internet access for our laptops. A half block from the ocean and the Broadwalk. The owner provides a long list of activities, helpful area information, recommended restaurants and their menus....some really excellent recommendations. In addition he provides a lovely complimentary bottle of wine and a full bowl of Florida fruit! Delightful! He also provides simple but greatly appreciated things like varieties of ground coffee, sugar, coffee filters, Brita filtered water, ice, plenty of hand soap, lots of hangers, bathrobes, and lots of towels for the shower or the beach. Great place for us.

My husband and I stayed here last week while visiting his family in Miami. Hollywood has always been one of our favorite areas, and this condo is the perfect home away from home. The listing is as described--friends of ours who live in the area were VERY impressed with the location, the immenities and the price. Rent a car if you must (there is a free parking space for the unit), but you can walk everywhere. This might be crowded for 2 couples, but is perfect for a couple or a family with 1-2 children (sleep sofa). With the beach chairs, beach towels, fully appointed kitchen and blow dryer in the bathroom, all you need is your swim suit and sun tan lotion.

Finally getting around to writing a review on this beautiful condo owned and managed by the nicest couple you will ever meet! Paul and Sandi go out of their way to make things so easy for you! A big bowl of fruit and 2 bottles of wine are waiting for you upon your arrival and they are there to show you around, let you know where everything is and leave a list of their phone numbers in case you need it. The condo is beautiful, exactly as pictured and they provide beach towels, umbrellas and nice comfy beach chairs. The heated, salt water pool was especially nice to have when the kids needed a break from the heat of the beach. The Broadwalk was literally a stone's throw away from the Condo! Nice to just walk along in the morning and evening. There were a few nice restaurants along the Broadwalk but even preparing simple meals in the fully equipped kitchen was pleasant. Who can complain about having a kitchen with an ocean view! All in all, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this condo.

What can we say.... this place is terrific! The condo was everything we could have hoped for and its proximity to everything is just fantastic. Everything you could possibly want/need while vacationing had been thoughtfully provided by our hosts. Located just steps from the beach, it has an excellent view of the broadwalk and the beach beyond. A short stroll along the broadwalk (in either direction) will bring you to several excellent restaurants, and La Tub, although not on the broadwalk is a must. Also, the broadwalk theatre has free entertainment three or four nights a week. All in all a fantastic experience. We can't wait to go back.

Our Family Fell in Love Instantly!!!

From the minute we landed in Fort Lauderdale we were welcomed by phoning Paul. We stayed with our 3 children, one being an infant in our room. The location was perfect. The photos of the condo do not do it justice. It is perfect in every way. The kitchen is fabulous. In fact we cooked every night. There is also a fabulous swimming pool to enjoy, and our children did that after spending the day at the wonderful beach. I can honestly say I would love to live in Hollywood year round. Our hosts made our stay so seamless and stress free. Do not consider any other unit. This is the place you need to try! I promise you will fall in love as well.

Just the right spot for just the right beach!

Hollywood has a charming waterfront and this little condo is situated right in the middle of it. A hundred steps from the sand, the place has a view of the water from the kitchen window. The kitchen and amenities are nice, and there is a pool if you really want one, but most likely you'll find yourself down at the water, where you can walk out for a good quarter mile and still be in waist deep water! Further north and south the beaches are much more developed, and full of high rises, but Hollywood retains the charm of the original waterfront. This condo is walking distance to many restaurants, including Le Tub on the intracoastal side, which is one of the nicest places to sit outside and have dinner and/or a drink in all of Florida. Or anywhere, really. It's also close to a really incredible wildlife area, where you can rent canoes and kayaks and paddle through deep stands of mangroves and lagoons.

Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This condo is absolutely everything we were looking for and everything it claims to be. My teenage daughter, her friend, and I spent a week here in June and were so impressed that we can't wait to return! As another reviewer stated the pictures don't do this condo justice-especially the ocean view, which is breathtaking. It is clean, well stocked, and such a welcoming place to come "home" to after a full day of activities in the area. Paul has provided so much useful information in a book for activities and restaurants (even the menus!) and greeted us at the door to help us get settled. His love for his condo and the area is wonderful and he'll have you wanting to take in everything the area has to offer in the first day! One of my concerns traveling to an area I've never been with 2 teenage girls was safety. This place delivered-there was not one moment in this neighborhood that I felt uneasy. You will not be disappointed with any aspect of this property. Thank you, Paul, for your wonderful hospitality!

The condo is just as you see in the pictures. It is very clean. The owners truely put alot of thought into each and every item in the condo. Everything you need plus more is there. If you like to cook look no further this is the condo you want to rent. The condo offers many things a great view of the ocean, parking directly below, close to the ocean, beautifully decorated, and I could go on and on. But more than all this I must tell you the owners go above and beyond to make your say special this was my experience. Paul met us there showed us around, showed us a booklet he put together with some great places to eat, as well as things to do and see. Latub is a must!!!!!! Paul carried our luggage in and left us with a beautiful bowl of fruit and 2 bottles of wine. Our thanks to him.

We had a fantastic stay at the condo. We flew down with our 3 kids for a wedding at the Marriott in Hollywood Beach. We decided to stay in a condo instead of a hotel. It was the best decision. We loved the condo. It was very clean. The condo looked just like the pictures. The beach towels, umbrella, and chairs are fabulous. The towels and linens are nice. Hollywood beach is really fun. We loved the Broadwalk. We rented a fun covered bike that everyone rode together up and down the Broadwalk. There is a small sprinkler park and playground that my kids loved playing in about 2 blocks down the Broadwalk. We loved the restaurants right next to the beach. The location of the condo is awesome. We were 15 minutes from the airport. We drove to Ft. Lauderdale to see family and we were only 20 minutes away. We went to the Miami SeaAquarium our daughter did the Dolphin Encounter. She loved it. It was the highlight of her trip!!! We had a great trip. My husband forgot the charger to his cell phone, and Paul mailed it back to us at home. The owners are very kind and considerate. We were very impressed and we have recommended the condo to friends and family.

Location! Location! Location! My husband & I rented this condo for a week in March/10 and we enjoyed a most memorable vacation here. The owners are wonderful people, who make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The location is perfect, the condo is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and what you see in the photos is exactly what you get. It is very tastefully decorated and we felt at home right from the minute we walked in the door. And..... parking right next to the building is such a bonus! The Hollywood Broadwalk is a fun place to vacation. I think the fact that you are away from motor vehicle traffic is part of what makes it feel so relaxing. There is an abundance of boutiques, restaurants, pubs, etc. along the Broadwalk, and they are quite inexpensive. We visited Miami's South Beach, spent a day on an alligator/crocodile farm, took an airboat ride through the Everglades, and snorkeled at John Pennekamp State Park where we had a face to face shark encounter 5 miles off shore - it was great! We were first-time snorkelers, and the park staff were most helpful with getting us set up and comfortable with our first time snorkeling. We most certainly would recommend this property to other travelers, and we are planning on returning there ourselves.

Our familly of four stayed at this property during March break and we were delighted by the experience. The location is great - just steps from the broadwalk and the beach; and the unit is clean and very well renovated (great kitchen). We drove down to Florida from Canada and we were very pleased with the greeting we received from the owner. It seems like evrything we needed was included, and more! The description of the unit is accurate and there were no disapointments whatsoever.

OH MY GOSH! WHAT CAN I SAY? THIS CONDO WAS GREAT. THE VIEW WAS BEAUTIFUL FROM ALL THE WINDOWS AND I SAY ALL, BECAUSE IT IS A CORNER UNIT WITH MULTIPLE VIEWS AND AIR FLOW THROUGHOUT. I STAYED HERE WITH MY TWO SISTERS AND WE ENJOYED ALL THE CONDO HAD TO OFFER.IT'S COURTYARD AND POOL,OTHER GUESTS,ACCESS TO THE BEACH,(45 STEPS),RESTAURANTS AND GUEST GUIDE BOOK WHERE TO DINE.THE CONDO ITSELF WAS SPOTLESS AND INCLUDED ALL YOUR NEEDS(BEACH CHAIRS,UMBRELLA,TOWELS,)SO ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS JOT OUT THE DOOR INTO THE SUNSHINE.I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE OWNERS ,THEY WERE INCREDIBLE.THEY WORKED WITH ME ON EVERY LEVEL TO MAKE MY VACATION VERY ENJOYABLE! IT IS ALL IT CLAIMS AND MORE.I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT,AND THAT HEARTBEAT WILL BE NEXT YEAR. THANKS AGAIN, JANET

My family has stayed in 3 different locations on Hollywood Beach. This one was one of the best for sure!! Great views of the beach, and centrally located near all the fun!!! The interior decor is very modern and tasteful!!! One of the biggest assets is the parking you have, with only steps to the condo door!! You do not realize the hassle involved with other places which require, numerous sets of stairs, elevators, etc.... This condo is perfect for kids, taking in groceries, taking out trash, access to your vehicle, and everything else you dont think of until you are doing it!!! I know from experience, this is priceless!!! Very nice people who own the condo as well, which is always a plus!! Cant wait to stay there again!!

I had I wonderful stay at this condo! The beach and the condo are both very beautiful. The condo looks just like the pictures online, so if you like what you see you won’t be disappointed. I know sometimes you look at the pictures online, but then you get there and it really doesn’t look like what you expected. This is not the case with this condo. However, the picture of the beach view from the apartment doesn’t do it justice, the beach view is amazing! The condo was very clean and the owners are very nice. I was living there for 3 months while I was doing an internship for school. The owners are a lovely married couple, both of whom are lawyers. They were very easy to contact and would get right back to you if you needed anything for the condo, they go out of their way to make sure you have all the accommodations you need. The condo is located right on the boardwalk of Hollywood Beach. It’s a close walk to where are the main activities take place, but far enough away that it won’t keep you up at night. There are frequent festivals at the beach and bands play there a couple nights a week. The boardwalk itself is also very clean and it looks like it was recently renovated as well. There are many restaurants along the boardwalk, and all of the ones I went to were very good! Hollywood is close to both Ft. Lauderdale and Miami, and I frequently went to both places while staying there.
