This 5 STAR luxury condo is a very private west corner unit with 9 foot ceilings, floor to ceiling windows that boast the best views in Gulf Shores. When you look out the windows, you see nothing but blue sky and water!
The view to the south is WATER and beach. The view to the west out the floor to ceiling windows is a birds-eye view down the entire island which is gorgeous day and night. (No next door building windows looking back at you) From the Lagoon side balcony (south)you can see Big Lagoon, Oyster Bay and Mobile Bay and on a clear night the lights of Mobile.
This is a view you have to see to believe. It's mezmerizing. The unit is completely private - no looking at windows in the building next to you and feeling like people are watching you. You are above the building next to you. This is not your typical rental unit.
This condo is professionally decorated with a monochromatic theme of light blue, taupe, and orange. The decor is extremely comfortable, relaxing and peaceful. If you need a place to unwind - this is definitely it.
This luxury condo boasts a huge gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and European cabinets. 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. 2 Large balconies - gulf front and lagoon side. The gulf front master has a king size bed, 5 piece bath with jacuzzi tub, TV, DVD, ceiling fan, gulf front wall of windows with slider to balcony, black out drapes for a restful sleep.
The other 2 bedrooms have sliding glass doors (floor to ceiling) to the lagoon side balcony. One bedroom has a king sized bed with private bath, TV, DVD, and ceiling fan. The middle bedroom has 2 twin beds, TV, DVD, ceiling fan and a bathroom across the hall. The utility room has a full size washer and dryer and a full size ironing board.
