The Unique Benefits at this Ranch House
The house is within walking distance to the center of the village of Point Reyes Station and yet is secluded enough to provide the peace and quiet necessary for a relaxing getaway. The area offers spectacular scenery and many opportunities for outdoor activities.
Owner's Map of Point Reyes Station
My three brothers and I grew up in this ranch house which was built by our parents in 1950. The house was part of a working dairy until 2007. The ranch pasture lands have been purchased by the federal government and are being restored to wetlands as part of the Point Reyes National Seashore.
After the death of our parents we decided to convert the house to a vacation rental so that we could afford to maintain it and continue to have access to it for family members. Profits from the rental are used to fund scholarships for local high students.
