Unit #201 Island Princess on the second floor with straight out views of the gulf and beaches.. Can accommodate larger family groups.Renovated in 2006. New Furniture added along with fresh paint job.Parking is excellent , as you can drive to second parking level and walk to your suite (no need for the elevator!!!) Master suite has Gulf views. Garden tub in master bath. Each of the other 2 bedrooms has its own bathroom. These units are almost 1400 square feet and are very tastefully decorated and very spacious. The unit has a King bed in the master, 2 twins in one bedroom, and a full bed in the other. There is also a queen sofa sleeper. Island princess has a heated pool, spa, and health club facility. We also have high speed internet. We include beach service when in season.
Cancellation Policy: $300 deposit on rentals. Full payment within 3 weeks of arrival. No cancellations within 30 days of arrival (case by case exceptions). Must be 25 years old to rent unit

This was the first condo we stayed at in the Island Princess. It was beautifully decorated and was a great location. We comfortably slept six people. The Island Princess was well-taken care of and the staff was very friendly. We loved it so much we went back the next year!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.
