Island Princess 209 is on the 2nd floor with an awesome Gulf Front view. We can accommodate up to 8. Island Princess 209 overlooks directly the Gulf of Mexico and the pool/spa areas. What a View... from the Living & Dining areas and the Master suite has great Gulf views and a private bath.
All tile floors throughout.
Parking is excellent. To load/unload, just drive to the second floor of the parking and walk to your getaway ( No need to use the elevator!!!) We also have a covered reserved parking space.
This unit has 1347 square feet and is very tastefully decorated and very spacious.The unit has a New King bed in the master, a queen in the back bedroom, 2 new twin beds in the middle bedroom, and a new queen sofa sleeper in the living room. And each of the bedrooms has its own bath. Island Princess has a heated pool, spa, and health facility. We also have WIFI HIGH SPEED INTERNET. We include beach service March1 - October 31 (umbrella & 2 beach chairs).
Cancellation policy: Refundable security deposit on rentals. Full payment is due 2 weeks before arrival. No cancellations within 30 days of arrival (case by case exceptions). Must be 25 years old to rent unit.

I would definitely agree with the two prior postings. The unit was well stocked with most every convenience of home. It was clean and neat with everything in working order. It has been renovated recently with quality furnishings and bedding. The king size bed was quite comfortable. The unit is located near the second floor parking where one only has to walk right into the second floor access from the parking and around the corner to be at the unit.. It was also easy to get to the elevator, pool, hot tub and beach access. The owners were friendly and eager to make sure all was well.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers.

We just returned from a week stay in this condo. It is very nicely furnished, tastefully decorated and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with good cooking utensils. You won't need to bring a thing!! As a nice surprise, there was also sand toys, boogie boards and a couple of beach chairs to use. The owner and manager are wonderful to deal with. It was well suited for our group of 6 adults and 2 children since each couple had a separate bedroom and bath. I have no complaints - you will enjoy your stay. VERY REASONABLY PRICED FOR THE QUALITY AND LOCATION.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo and absolutely love it. The ocean view is great and so is the view of the pool. Love the location and the condo. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Also the price was great. I like when the owners just put a flat rate without extra for taxes and cleaning, makes it easier on everone! Would recommend this condo to anyone....hope to come back next yr.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
