We own 2- 3 Bedroom/ 3 Bath units in Island Princess both on the second floor. We can accommodate larger family groups. Island princess #209 overlooks directly the Gulf of Mexico and the pool/spa areas. Parking is excellent, as you can drive to the second parking level and walk to your suite ( No need to use the elevator!!!) Master suite has great Gulf views. There is a garden tub in the master bath.
Each of the other 2 bedrooms has its own bath. These units are almost 1400 square feet and are very tastefully decorated and very spacious.The unit has a king in the master, a full in one bedroom, and 2 twin beds in the other. There is also a queen sofa sleeper. Island Princess has a heated pool, spa, and health facility. We also have HIGH SPEED INTERNET. We include beach service when in season.
Cancellation policy: $300 deposit on rentals/ Full payment due within 2 weeks of arrival/No cancellations within 60 days of arrival (case by case exceptions). Must be 25 years old to rent unit.
