A vacation at this uniquely situated Maui home offers something for everyone. Under a spectacular star-filled sky, you will fall asleep to the sound of waves below. As you awake, the hues of sunrise paint the clouds over Molokai and the pine-covered hills of Kapalua. Before rolling out of bed you can watch the humpback whales and surfers can check out the conditions at Honolua Bay.
You may want a morning walk through beautiful Kapalua before a relaxing breakfast on the lanai. Later, follow the stairway down to the secluded beach below for a private stroll, uninterrupted reading or beach time on your surfboard or boogie board. An easy walk to nearby Kapalua and Napili Bays provides great snorkeling, kayaking and sea turtle watching. You may be surprised by colorful rainbows which burst forth with unexpected brilliance.
For your enjoyment there are world-famous golf courses at Kapalua, as well as the Kapalua Golf Academy. Two tennis courts are available to Bay Villa guests, and the Kapalua Tennis Gardens are close by. You can swim in the Bay Villas pools or at Napili or Kapalua Bay. The temperature of air and water is ideal.

Nestled below the road, on a secluded beach just north of Kapalua Bay, the Kapalua Bay Villas offer quiet and beautifully landscaped surroundings with 3 swimming pools, tennis courts, poolside barbecues and easy beach access. This unit is in building 17, far away from Kapalua Bay construction and adjacent to luxurious single family homes.
You can explore many beachfront trails along the boardwalk with tide pools and lava formations or ride the zip lines at the Kapalua Mountain Activity site. Afterward, book a treatment at the luxurious new Spa at Kapalua. Some of Maui's finest restaurants are close by or you can grill fresh local fish on the poolside barbecues.
Bay Villa 17G5 is a two-story townhouse. The master bedroom suite upstairs has a private balcony and sweeping 180 degree ocean views from Honolua Bay to Molokai. Surrounding lawns offer exceptional privacy, well-protected by the flowering landscape. Parking on the private drive is adjacent to the unit for easy access.
Building 17 is especially quiet and well-situated at the north end of the complex, adjacent to large beachfront homes. Unit G5 is very private, at the far end of the building, with expansive windows and views in many directions. Although the unit is fully air conditioned, guests generally prefer the natural cooling of the fragrant breezes.
This home has been carefully appointed to make your visit as comfortable, convenient and relaxing as possible. The spacious and airy interior has been recently refurnished with appealing Pacific-Fusion decor. Upstairs, the master bedroom suite has a superior king size bed, TV, stereo, ocean-view seating areas (inside and out) and generous master bath with sunken tile tub and shower.
The upstairs lanai has a table and chairs for relaxing. Downstairs, you will find a newly remodeled 2nd bathroom, complete with shower, and a brand new "comfortable" sofa sleeper with 6 inch foam mattress. The user-friendly kitchen also has ocean views and a Sub-zero refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, and microwave-convection oven. There is high speed wireless internet access, CD player and a brand new 42" Sony flat screen TV. Expansive windows and sliding door access to the lanai truly bring the outside "in" to the living areas.
