Our spectacular home has a massive 4000 square feet of Air Conditioned Living Apace plus a Private Pool and an amazing super Hydro Jet Spa/Hot Tub with Mood Lighting for your relaxation. We have recently had the Deck extended to give you even more room to relax in the sunshine!
Our home offers you 5 extremely spacious bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The Sumptuous Master Suite has a King bed, 2 further Master Suites have Queen beds and 2 Twin Rooms share the Family Bathroom. One of the Queen Masters is located on the ground floor making it ideal for the grandparents or those who are less active. All our bedrooms have televisions and there are also 3 DVD players in the home.
The large Fully Equipped Kitchen has everything you could need and the Open Plan Living Area has a 50" HDTV with full Theater Surround Sound. You'll find a full upgraded cable package with over 300 channels, giving you endless options.
There is a Second Formal Living and Dining Area with luxurious furnishings and is ideal for entertaining on those special occasions.
The spacious Den upstairs is a perfect place to relax in and also gives the children a great area to hang out in while Mum and Dad relax downstairs. The Den has a selection of games for all ages, a TV and DVD player and a Playstation.
Our Home is a 10-15 minute genuine easy drive to Disney. the close proximity makes it the perfect location for you to visit the Parks early and miss the crowds, head back to the villa for a refreshing swim/lunch/siesta and return to the Parks for an evening show/dinner/fireworks without having to kill yourself in a test of endurance!!! We do it with our family group and it works well and you will fit a lot more into your vacation time.
Other attractions, shopping, golf, fishing, biking, walking, fishing, tennis, theatres--you name it, are all within easy distance making it an ideal location for your vacation.
Our home is situated on the highly sought-after development at Windwood Bay. The area is nestled in a beautiful natural setting surrounded by a conservation area and wetlands. A short walk brings you to a nature trail around Lake Maddison.
Champions Gate Resort is only a few minutes away and offers two world-class golf courses designed by Greg Norman and the David Leadbetter Golf Academy. There is also a very convenient range of shops at the local Plaza including Publix, Walgreens, Nail Salon, Hair and Beauty Salon, Chinese, French and Italian Restaurants,Chillis and of course Mc Donald's. There is also UPS, a gas station, banking and other small shops.

We are Sandra and Alan and we are from England. We have owned property in Florida for the past 16 years, the most recent one South Palms. We visit regularly to ensure that all our guests have a wonderful vacation and frequently update things in South Palms. For the 2010 season we have had a Luxury Hydro Jet Spa/Hot tub installed as we know our US and Canadian guests enjoy above ground spa's. Also for the 2010 season, we have purchased a 50" Widescreen Plasma HDTV with full theatre surround for the family room. Our aim is to try and please everyone who chooses South Palms for their vacation, and so far we seem to have succeeded!!!
Why the Owner Chose Celebration
We purchased our villa in Windwood Bay after visiting several communities. For us it was the perfect location that we could offer our guests for their very special vacation. It is convenient for everywhere including Disney, and only one mile away from the Interstate 4. It is also a quiet community for the relaxation one needs after a busy day at the parks, shopping or playing golf.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Many guests have been delighted with the convenient location of South Palms, plus the excellent facilities, including free phone calls, internet etc. Most have commented on our local Management Company who are there on hand if there are any very occasional problems that may arise.
South Palms is for the discerning guests who like to return to a villa that is luxurious but also very warm and inviting to relax in.

Our two families thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this amazing property. We were minutes away from Disney World and Universal Studios which allowed our families the most out of our days. It was great to go "home" at the end of a busy day to a swim in the pool or relax in the hot tub. Because we stayed over the Christmas holidays, it was great that the house was decorated and had two Christmas trees, so we could celebrate as we would have in our own home. This house had everything we needed, wanted and extras that we did not expect. This home is exactly that; a home. It was clean, well kept and very well maintained. The owner was extremely helpful with our preparations, especially with requirements for rental cars, Disney tickets and even in locating a church for our Christmas Eve mass. We couldn't have asked for more. We will recommend this property to our friends and family and will use it again when we return to Florida in the future. Thanks for an amazing experience!

We recently stayed at this house when we visited in October. All I can say is wonderful!! It is so easy to get to from the international airport, something that's important after a long flight! No panic just a short hop on the toll road from the airport and straight down the I4.....couldn't be easier. In fact the airport wasn't the only easy journey. All the parks are an easy drive away. The longest it took us to get to Disney (and I mean through the parking booths for the park, not just turning on to the Disney roads) was 20 minutes. Not just good in the mornings but so nice after very long days at the parks. Then once we got home the adults relaxed with a glass of wine in the fabulous heated hot tub. Aches and pains of queueing soon disappeared. Nearby is a Publix and a few restaurants. To be honest we only got take aways but the 2 we used were excellent. A tip....don't get extra large pizzas....too big!! As the Publix is on the way home before the house it was easy to stock up after the day out. Not a lot more I can say really. There were 5 adults and 2 teenage girls staying at the house and we had plenty of room. It was great to be able to disappear into our own space so that we didn't crowd each other. The house was spotless when we arrived and the instructions we were given to get in were absolutely spot on. Oh and the free wi-fi was brilliant with 2 Facebook addicted girls on the holiday! All the arrangements were done over the internet with the owners and all questions were answered before we left for our holiday. This made life so much easier rather than dealing with an agent. Much more personal. We have been to Florida many times and I can say absolutely this was a superb house, in a brilliant location and just added so much to the holiday. I would definitely recommend this to anyone going to Orlando!

Thank you Sandra for the use of your beautifull house. It more than exceeded our family of 10's needs. The bedrooms were as described, and the ground floor bedroom was great for my parents. The pool/hotub was clean and in use every day by the whole family. The house was close enough to all the disney attractions as well as a 50 minute drive to Cape Canavral. Golfed one day and found it very reasonable and close. The only drawback was not be able to barbeque. The only kitchen item not there was the blender. ( we left one as a thank you ) Thanks again for everthing. We hope to be back soon.

You could have had a bbq delivered at no extra charge, as we hire them from our MC who makes sure you have a full tank of gas and they clean it afterwards. Maybe I will make that more clear on my correspondence. Thank you for leaving a blender!!! I must say I arrived here yesterday and did not notice!! We have always had a blender so it must have gone 'walkies'!!! Again, our MC would have got one for you but thank you so much for leaving one as a 'thank you'!! I will make sure there will be a bbq waiting for you if you return!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed this home! Extremely spacious and very comfortable furnishings. Kids loved having their own TV room to hang out upstairs, while us moms had a relaxing time downstairs in the living room. We will be back - can't wait!!!!!

Our family just returned from a week-long visit to South Palms. The amenities are not exagerrated at all....every detail is looked after. The home is spotless and so well equipped: there is nothing you need to bring except your personal food and toiletries (even soap is provided in the bathrooms!). The ride in to the Disney parks is much faster than I thought...because of the close proximity to Interstate 4. You are at the parks in minutes. The owners and property managers are available at all times to assist in any situations you may have. I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere other than South Palms should I have the opportunity to return to the Disney area with my family. There is a Publix within a short driving distance; also the Omni Resort is a short driving distance where we enjoyed an Italian dinner at Trevi: this was a lovely experience for my husband and me (when the kids and grandkids dined at Disney)....it was expensive but food was very good. Can't say enough good things about South Palms.....

From outside to in, the home is exactly as depicted in the photos. It is meticulously clean, roomy and comfortably. We were able to go about our business for 9 days knowing we had a home away from home. Sandra was always electronically available to answer questions and the one time we did need to call the management company with a minor concern, they were professional, courteous and quick to respond. My family and I have just completed a most wonderful week in your beautiful home. Everything was beyond our expectations. The house is very large and easily accommodated our group of eight. The neighborhood is close to everything but yet very quiet. It was a pleasure to come home to the quiet solace after being in the parks all day with the family. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool.
