South Palms was built in 2005 and is situated on the highly sought-after development at Windwood Bay. The area is nestled in a beautiful natural setting surrounded by a conservation area and wetlands. A short walk brings you to a nature trail around Lake Maddison.
South Palms has a massive 3900 square feet of indoor living space plus a private pool and an amazing NEW FOR 2010 Hydro Jet Spa/Hot tub with mood lighting for your relaxation. We have five bedrooms, and four and-a-half baths. The bedrooms are extremely spacious. The Master bedroom has a king bed, two further master beds with queen beds, and two twin bedded rooms that share the family bathroom. One of the queen-sized rooms is on the ground floor making it ideal for the grandparents or those who are less active.
There is a large family/breakfast nook/kitchen which comes fully equipped and has BRAND NEW FOR 2010 - 50" Widescreen Plasma HDTV with full theatre surround sound. The formal lounge and dining room has luxurious furnishings and ideal for entertaining on those special occasions. There is also a large den upstairs, ideal for adults or children to relax in. There are several TVs, DVDs, VCRs, CDs and radios for everyone's enjoyment.
Champions Gate Resort is only a few minutes away and offers two world-class golf courses designed by Greg Norman and the David Leadbetter Gold Academy. There is also a very convenient range of shops at the local Plaza including Publix, Walgreens, Nail Salon, Hair and Beauty Salon, Chinese, French and Italian Restaurants,Chillis and of course Mc Donald's. There is also UPS, a gas station, banking and other small shops.
South Palms is about 10-15 minutes genuine easy drive to Disney. It is a perfect location for you to visit the Parks early and miss the crowds, head back to the villa for a refreshing swim/lunch/siesta and return to the Parks for an evening show/dinner/fireworks without having to kill yourself in a test of endurance!!! We do it with our family group and it works well and you will fit a lot more into your vacation time. Other attractions, shopping, golf, fishing, biking, walking, fishing, tennis, theatres--you name it, are all within easy distance making it an ideal location for your vacation.

We are Sandra and Alan and we are from England. We have owned property in Florida for the past 16 years, the most recent one South Palms. We visit regularly to ensure that all our guests have a wonderful vacation and frequently update things in South Palms. For the 2010 season we have had a Luxury Hydro Jet Spa/Hot tub installed as we know our US and Canadian guests enjoy above ground spa's. Also for the 2010 season, we have purchased a 50" Widescreen Plasma HDTV with full theatre surround for the family room. Our aim is to try and please everyone who chooses South Palms for their vacation, and so far we seem to have succeeded!!!
Why the Owner Chose Celebration
We purchased our villa in Windwood Bay after visiting several communities. For us it was the perfect location that we could offer our guests for their very special vacation. It is convenient for everywhere and only one mile away from the Interstate 4. It is also a quiet community for the relaxation one needs after a busy day at the parks, shopping or playing golf.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Many guests have been delighted with the convenient location of South Palms, plus the excellent facilities, including free phone calls, internet etc. Most have commented on our local Management Company who are there on hand if there are any very occasional problems that may arise.
South Palms is for the discerning guests who like to return to a villa that is luxurious but also very warm and inviting to relax in.

I thought I had gone to heaven when I opened the door of this beautiful villa. Everything was provided, the furnishings were luxurious, and the south facing pool was where we spent most of our days on the deep cushioned sun loungers, and then dined on the deck and watched some wonderful sunsets. There were only 2 of us staying, but I could see that South Palms had so much space and could accommodate at least 10 others. We shall certainly be returning. Sandra helped us every step of the way and we did not have to call the MC for anything, although they visited us to make sure we had everything we needed. A truly wonderful experience.
