Great location for a Disney holiday

This beautiful house was perfect for our holiday. After a busy day touring the parks it was only a short drive back to the house. The children loved to come back to the pool and the adults to relax in the hot tub or at the outdoor furniture. The house was well equipped throughout and was clean and comfortable. There was a huge amount of space which allowed everyone to get some quiet time when they needed it. The owners of the house were very helpful and always quick in responding to our emails. We only contacted the managing agents once but this was to ask for a late check-out and our call was dealt with in a very friendly manner. We would have no hesitation in recommending this house for anyone planning a Disney holiday and we hope to go back ourselves one day.

A Home Away From Home

Our two families thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this amazing property. We were minutes away from Disney World and Universal Studios which allowed our families the most out of our days. It was great to go "home" at the end of a busy day to a swim in the pool or relax in the hot tub. Because we stayed over the Christmas holidays, it was great that the house was decorated and had two Christmas trees, so we could celebrate as we would have in our own home. This house had everything we needed, wanted and extras that we did not expect. This home is exactly that; a home. It was clean, well kept and very well maintained. The owner was extremely helpful with our preparations, especially with requirements for rental cars, Disney tickets and even in locating a church for our Christmas Eve mass. We couldn't have asked for more. We will recommend this property to our friends and family and will use it again when we return to Florida in the future. Thanks for an amazing experience!

It made our holiday!

We recently stayed at this house when we visited in October. All I can say is wonderful!! It is so easy to get to from the international airport, something that's important after a long flight! No panic just a short hop on the toll road from the airport and straight down the I4.....couldn't be easier. In fact the airport wasn't the only easy journey. All the parks are an easy drive away. The longest it took us to get to Disney (and I mean through the parking booths for the park, not just turning on to the Disney roads) was 20 minutes. Not just good in the mornings but so nice after very long days at the parks. Then once we got home the adults relaxed with a glass of wine in the fabulous heated hot tub. Aches and pains of queueing soon disappeared. Nearby is a Publix and a few restaurants. To be honest we only got take aways but the 2 we used were excellent. A tip....don't get extra large pizzas....too big!! As the Publix is on the way home before the house it was easy to stock up after the day out. Not a lot more I can say really. There were 5 adults and 2 teenage girls staying at the house and we had plenty of room. It was great to be able to disappear into our own space so that we didn't crowd each other. The house was spotless when we arrived and the instructions we were given to get in were absolutely spot on. Oh and the free wi-fi was brilliant with 2 Facebook addicted girls on the holiday! All the arrangements were done over the internet with the owners and all questions were answered before we left for our holiday. This made life so much easier rather than dealing with an agent. Much more personal. We have been to Florida many times and I can say absolutely this was a superb house, in a brilliant location and just added so much to the holiday. I would definitely recommend this to anyone going to Orlando!

Thank you Sandra for the use of your beautifull house. It more than exceeded our family of 10's needs. The bedrooms were as described, and the ground floor bedroom was great for my parents. The pool/hotub was clean and in use every day by the whole family. The house was close enough to all the disney attractions as well as a 50 minute drive to Cape Canavral. Golfed one day and found it very reasonable and close. The only drawback was not be able to barbeque. The only kitchen item not there was the blender. ( we left one as a thank you ) Thanks again for everthing. We hope to be back soon.

You could have had a bbq delivered at no extra charge, as we hire them from our MC who makes sure you have a full tank of gas and they clean it afterwards. Maybe I will make that more clear on my correspondence. Thank you for leaving a blender!!! I must say I arrived here yesterday and did not notice!! We have always had a blender so it must have gone 'walkies'!!! Again, our MC would have got one for you but thank you so much for leaving one as a 'thank you'!! I will make sure there will be a bbq waiting for you if you return!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed this home! Extremely spacious and very comfortable furnishings. Kids loved having their own TV room to hang out upstairs, while us moms had a relaxing time downstairs in the living room. We will be back - can't wait!!!!!

South Palms is the place to go!!!

Our family just returned from a week-long visit to South Palms. The amenities are not exagerrated at all....every detail is looked after. The home is spotless and so well equipped: there is nothing you need to bring except your personal food and toiletries (even soap is provided in the bathrooms!). The ride in to the Disney parks is much faster than I thought...because of the close proximity to Interstate 4. You are at the parks in minutes. The owners and property managers are available at all times to assist in any situations you may have. I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere other than South Palms should I have the opportunity to return to the Disney area with my family. There is a Publix within a short driving distance; also the Omni Resort is a short driving distance where we enjoyed an Italian dinner at Trevi: this was a lovely experience for my husband and me (when the kids and grandkids dined at Disney)....it was expensive but food was very good. Can't say enough good things about South Palms.....

From outside to in, the home is exactly as depicted in the photos. It is meticulously clean, roomy and comfortably. We were able to go about our business for 9 days knowing we had a home away from home. Sandra was always electronically available to answer questions and the one time we did need to call the management company with a minor concern, they were professional, courteous and quick to respond. My family and I have just completed a most wonderful week in your beautiful home. Everything was beyond our expectations. The house is very large and easily accommodated our group of eight. The neighborhood is close to everything but yet very quiet. It was a pleasure to come home to the quiet solace after being in the parks all day with the family. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. We would like to thank Alan and Sandra for their continual assistance and help when we booked their villa. We could not believe our eyes when we opened the front door at South Palms and saw how big the house was. The next surprise was the lovely welcome basket which we had not expected and it saved us going straight out to Publix. The pool area was a fantastic place to sit and unwind after a hectic day in the parks, and the children were in their element swimming in a warm pool. The furnishings were just as described and we feel that we had picked a luxury villa and were extremely lucky. Nothing was too much trouble and the Management Company called to see if we needed anything and gave us even more tips of where to visit etc. The location was ideal, and it was easy to get to any of the parks, restaurants and shopping. Having returned back to the UK, one of the first things we have done is book South Palms again for our next visit. Thank you both once again for your help and we will certainly be telling all our friends about our fantastic holiday. Claire and family.

Our stay at South Palms was way beyond our expectations. When we booked online we were a little uncertain, but Sandra helped ease our minds, and answered every question we had without batting an eyelid, and nothing phased her. When we arrived at the house we opened the door and everyone said "WOW", the pictures are fab but they just don't do the house justice. It was perfect. The kids loved the pool and it was a job to get them out of it most days. Disney was wonderful, and a magical time was had by all, but coming home to a beautiful, well equipped home was the icing on the cake. We came home at midday, most days to relax and then head back to the parks for the evening, and being just 10 minutes away, it was so easy. I will be booking with Sandra when we return to Orlando next year and will recommend South Palms to everyone. Do yourself a favor and book South Palms for your Disney vacation, you won't regret it :-)) Thanks Sandra, see you next year.

I thought I had gone to heaven when I opened the door of this beautiful villa. Everything was provided, the furnishings were luxurious, and the south facing pool was where we spent most of our days on the deep cushioned sun loungers, and then dined on the deck and watched some wonderful sunsets. There were only 2 of us staying, but I could see that South Palms had so much space and could accommodate at least 10 others. We shall certainly be returning. Sandra helped us every step of the way and we did not have to call the MC for anything, although they visited us to make sure we had everything we needed. A truly wonderful experience.
