We have just stayed at the villa for the second time. The interior of the accomodation is even nicer than the pictures posted on VRBO - everything you could possible need is there. The views from the lanai are just the best, overlooking the sea in the distance and the green of the golf course. The service provided by the owners could not be better. I would give this rental unit the highest rating and we are looking forward to going again.
Sylvia & Don's condo is perfect? It's immaculate, feshly updated, and has a great location. We have stayed at Kapalua before, in another condo, and Sylvia's condo is THE BEST! We will be back for sure!
The villa is absolutely gorgeous! The views are wonderful....The interior is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well equipped. This is an excellent place to go for a nice relaxing vacation away from the busier areas on Maui.
I would highly recommend this villa. It is an excellent deal for the price.
It is truly a JEWEL OF THE ISLAND, better than any resorts. Looking forward to returning.

We had the pleasure of staying at Sylvia's beautiful condo over the Christmas and New Year's holiday for two weeks. We have been coming to Kapalua for over 16 years and have always stayed at the Golf Villa's, although not in this unit. This was our first stay at Sylvia's condo and it is a "stand-out" for us. The decor is beautiful and the location is ideal. We so appreciated the amenities that the condo offered, not the least of which was all the beach accessories which our teenagers loved! The condo was stocked with everything we could have wanted and needed. Some Golf Villa's are dark but this unit is very spacious and full of natural light. The Pineapple Grill is a family favorite and it's even better that is is walking distance from the condo. We celebrated two birthdays, Christmas and countless other dinners there. Sylvia is such a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there again.

We stayed a week in Kapalua Golf Villas. The villa is private, quiet, and very close to beaches. It was also clean and beds were comfortable. There is also a beautiful patio were you can see the golf course and ocean. We can't wait to return to Kapalua again.. Thank you so much Sylvia for letting us stay in your villa.

My family has stayed here twice in the last 4 years and we love it! Great location- Kapalua bay is close and so is Fleming Beach. The condo itself is wonderful. Great kitchen and appliances- nicer than my own home. Beds are all very comfortable. Great back patio overlooking the golf course and has an amazing ocean view. The pool is really close, is huge and warm! It is a wonderful place to stay and I'd highly recommend it to anyone who wants a home away from home!

What a gorgeous place to stay. We loved the 2 weeks that we spent in Maui and making our stay that much better was a beautiful condo to retreat to after a busy day out with our 2 small children. It truly felt like being at home. Sylvia was more than helpful and has the condo fully stocked withe everything you could ever need for your stay in Kapalua. Kitchen supplies, beach equipment, pool toys etc. Terrific!

My teenage son and I spent a fabulous week at this wonderful villa in a perfect location for golfers. Sylvia was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the villa exceeded our expectations. It was scrupulously appointed, clean and very comfortable. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this villa to others who are looking for a quiet, classy getaway in a fabulous resort.

What a great condo! It has met our expectaions and then some. The decor, the lanai, the kitchen, the living room, both bedrooms... everything is fabulous. The owners are terrific, they've been available and promptly answered any questions. What more can I say... except that we LOVED it!

We stayed at Sylvia's and Don's Villa for a full week. It was truly wonderful. The listing description was very accurate, as were the photos. We were 5 people - 2 adults plus 3 kids and had more than enough room. The villa was very clean and came very well equipped with toys and beach accessories that met the needs of all of us(my three kids are 12, 9 and 5) The location was great. On the 10th hole of the Bay course, near a handful of great beaches and close by to many excellent restaurants(Hula Grill, Cheeseburger in Paradise - both about a 10 minute drive). Sylvia was extremely prompt in answering all of our questions I would recommend this property to anyone. It truly is a gem !! Thanks so much Sylvia and Don

We rented Sylvia and Don's beautiful condo for our first family vacation to Maui and it was fantastic! The tastefully elegant furnishings and the proximity to the golf, restaurants, and several beaches made it perfect for all four of us. Our daughters enjoyed the privacy of the second bedroom/bath. We had a fabulous stay at Sylvia and Don's beautiful condo! It exceeded expectations and was better than advertised. The location was peaceful and beautiful with great proximity to several beaches and restaurants. The condo was fully equipped. We really enjoyed all the beach toys. There was nothing we wanted that wasn't there. The condo was beautifully decorated and maintained with lots of room. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Maui.
