We have just stayed at the villa for the second time. The interior of the accomodation is even nicer than the pictures posted on VRBO - everything you could possible need is there. The views from the lanai are just the best, overlooking the sea in the distance and the green of the golf course. The service provided by the owners could not be better. I would give this rental unit the highest rating and we are looking forward to going again.

Sylvia & Don's condo is perfect? It's immaculate, feshly updated, and has a great location. We have stayed at Kapalua before, in another condo, and Sylvia's condo is THE BEST! We will be back for sure!

The villa is absolutely gorgeous! The views are wonderful....The interior is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well equipped. This is an excellent place to go for a nice relaxing vacation away from the busier areas on Maui.

I would highly recommend this villa. It is an excellent deal for the price.

It is truly a JEWEL OF THE ISLAND, better than any resorts. Looking forward to returning.

  • This is the second time my husband and I have stayed in Sylvia and Don's Kapalua Villa. It is truly our home-away-from-home, only MUCH nicer! The location of the villa is perfect, not only because it is a corner unit but it is overlooking the 10th green and the beautiful fairways surrounding it. We spent so many wonderful mornings sitting on the lanai,watching the golfers and enjoying the peaceful, beautiful ambiance. It was so nice to come back to a beautiful Maui villa after a busy day of snorkeling, swimming, and golf. We will be back for sure. Thank you for all you do, Sylvia. :)

We couldn't have asked for a better, more peaceful place to stay. Sylvia was wonderful to work with, and very quick to respond to our questions. Don and Sylvia's home was relaxing, peaceful, and very comfortable on the golf course! We couldn't have asked for a better honeymoon! More than anything else, all that we needed was available at our fingertips! The whole experience was fantastic! This was our first experience with a VRBO but won't be our last!   • This villa is outstanding! We have stayed here now for the second time and will be back for more. The exceptional quality of the unit, the views, the location, the golf, and peace and quiet all contribute to a special place for a great getaway. The hostess (Sylvia) goes out of her way to make your stay a special one. Why stay in a resort room when you can have so much more at this villa for a better price? The answer is simple – don’t! I highly recommend this villa – you can’t go wrong! Just don’t ask to rent it during the three weeks we take it each year!

Everything about this villa is as advertised, except for one thing....you can't put into words the feeling of overlooking the golf course and ocean while sitting on the lanai, enjoying a glass of wine. Pure contentment....Beautiful home, beautiful surroundings, beautiful vacation. Sylvia could not be a more gracious hostess. We'll definitely stay here again.

  • This condo is stunning. The views are gorgeous, the home very well-appointed yet extremely comfortable. The area is very quiet, even around the pools. Everything that we needed was provided. Sylvia is so easy to work with and made our visit stress-free. I would highly recommend this unit above any other at the Kapalua Golf Villas. We can't wait to go back!
