We just got home from our stay in Kapalua. We are not happy that we had to leave. Don and Sylvia's condo was fabulous and made our stay on Maui so relaxing. The condo is beautiful, very upscale, well appointed. The balcony had great views of one of Kapalua's golf courses, the pacific ocean, and the island of Molakai. The condo had everything you could ever need, including every type of kitchen utensil and all types of beach gear. Don and Sylvia were very accommodating to our special needs. We were traveling with our neighbors and our children (2 infants). Don and Sylvia allowed us to check in early and check out late. We really appreciated that, and it gave us additional time time to relax in Hawaii. We had a great stay, but sadly it was too short. We can't wait to get back to Maui and would love to stay at the condo again.

Beautiful condo and views!!! Very comfortable with all the amenities... we felt right at home. Sylvia was great to deal with and made sure we had everything we needed. We spent three weeks and enjoyed every minute. Kapalua is wonderful with lots to do.

We had the pleasure of staying at Sylvia's beautiful condo over the Christmas and New Year's holiday for two weeks. We have been coming to Kapalua for over 16 years and have always stayed at the Golf Villa's, although not in this unit. This was our first stay at Sylvia's condo and it is a "stand-out" for us. The decor is beautiful and the location is ideal. We so appreciated the amenities that the condo offered, not the least of which was all the beach accessories which our teenagers loved! The condo was stocked with everything we could have wanted and needed. Some Golf Villa's are dark but this unit is very spacious and full of natural light. The Pineapple Grill is a family favorite and it's even better that is is walking distance from the condo. We celebrated two birthdays, Christmas and countless other dinners there. Sylvia is such a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there again.

We stayed a week in Kapalua Golf Villas. The villa is private, quiet, and very close to beaches. It was also clean and beds were comfortable. There is also a beautiful patio were you can see the golf course and ocean. We can't wait to return to Kapalua again.. Thank you so much Sylvia for letting us stay in your villa.

Kapalua Condo

My family has stayed here twice in the last 4 years and we love it! Great location- Kapalua bay is close and so is Fleming Beach. The condo itself is wonderful. Great kitchen and appliances- nicer than my own home. Beds are all very comfortable. Great back patio overlooking the golf course and has an amazing ocean view. The pool is really close, is huge and warm! It is a wonderful place to stay and I'd highly recommend it to anyone who wants a home away from home!

My teenage son and I spent a fabulous week at this wonderful villa in a perfect location for golfers. Sylvia was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the villa exceeded our expectations. What a gorgeous place to stay. We loved the 2 weeks that we spent in Maui and making our stay that much better was a beautiful condo to retreat to after a busy day out with our 2 small children. It truly felt like being at home. Sylvia was more than helpful and has the condo fully stocked withe everything you could ever need for your stay in Kapalua. Kitchen supplies, beach equipment, pool toys etc. Terrific!

What a great condo! It has met our expectaions and then some. The decor, the lanai, the kitchen, the living room, both bedrooms... everything is fabulous. The owners are terrific, they've been available and promptly answered any questions. What more can I say... except that we LOVED it!

We stayed at Sylvia's and Don's Villa for a full week. It was truly wonderful. The listing description was very accurate, as were the photos. We were 5 people - 2 adults plus 3 kids and had more than enough room. The villa was very clean and came very well equipped with toys and beach accessories that met the needs of all of us(my three kids are 12, 9 and 5) The location was great. On the 10th hole of the Bay course, near a handful of great beaches and close by to many excellent restaurants(Hula Grill, Cheeseburger in Paradise - both about a 10 minute drive). Sylvia was extremely prompt in answering all of our questions I would recommend this property to anyone. It truly is a gem !! Thanks so much Sylvia and Don

We rented Sylvia and Don's beautiful condo for our first family vacation to Maui and it was fantastic! The tastefully elegant furnishings and the proximity to the golf, restaurants, and several beaches made it perfect for all four of us. Our daughters enjoyed the privacy of the second bedroom/bath. We had a fabulous stay at Sylvia and Don's beautiful condo! It exceeded expectations and was better than advertised. The location was peaceful and beautiful with great proximity to several beaches and restaurants. The condo was fully equipped. We really enjoyed all the beach toys. There was nothing we wanted that wasn't there. The condo was beautifully decorated and maintained with lots of room. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Maui.

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed in Sylvia and Don's Kapalua Villa. It is truly our home-away-from-home, only MUCH nicer! The location of the villa is perfect, not only because it is a corner unit but it is overlooking the 10th green and the beautiful fairways surrounding it. We spent so many wonderful mornings sitting on the lanai,watching the golfers and enjoying the peaceful, beautiful ambiance. It was so nice to come back to a beautiful Maui villa after a busy day of snorkeling, swimming, and golf. We will be back for sure. Thank you for all you do, Sylvia. :)

My husband and I stayed in Don & Sylvia's beautiful home for our honeymoon in Aug/Sept. 2008 and had a wonderful time! Don and Sylvia's home was relaxing, peaceful, and very comfortable on the golf course! We couldn't have asked for a better honeymoon! This villa is outstanding! We have stayed here now for the second time and will be back for more. The exceptional quality of the unit, the views, the location, the golf, and peace and quiet all contribute to a special place for a great getaway. The hostess (Sylvia) goes out of her way to make your stay a special one. Why stay in a resort room when you can have so much more at this villa for a better price? The answer is simple – don’t! What a wonderful home away from home! This condo is stunning. The views are gorgeous, the home very well-appointed yet extremely comfortable. The area is very quiet, even around the pools. Everything that we needed was provided. This villa is the most welcoming home I have ever stayed in all my vacationing experiences. Very clean and tastefully decorated with all the state-of-the-art appliances and all the commodities you ever wish for. Not to mention a welcome basket of goodies. I enjoyed the beautiful Lanai with a breathtaking view overlooking the golf course and ocean for my morning coffee. The premises are beautifully landscaped and very inviting for walking. The villa is absolutely gorgeous! The views are wonderful and we enjoyed spending time on the lanai watching the golfers. The interior is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well equipped. This is an excellent place to go for a nice relaxing vacation away from the busier areas on Maui. Kaanapali and Lahaina are very close if you want some of the more touristy activities. Sylvia is very nice and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this villa. It is an excellent deal for the price.

Sylvia & Don's condo is perfect! It's immaculate, freshly updated, and has a great location! The free shuttle will take you to Fleming Beach, next door at the Ritz-Carlton, where you can sip cold drinks and order lunch under the palms! Sylvia stays in touch, is always available for questions, and she is the best hostess! No need to worry about anything! We have stayed at Kapalua before, in another condo, and Sylvia's condo is THE BEST! We will be back for sure!

We stayed in this villa during March 2008. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay on Maui. The views across the golf course, to the ocean and beyond are magnificent. The villa itself is modern, has two large bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. It really felt like we were staying at a friends place rather than just a rental. My wife and I want to go back!

We had a great time at the condo...very comfortable and all the amenities for a relaxing stay. Our one-year old LOVED the pool a few steps away and he also enjoyed watching golfers coming up the 10th fairway. We easily booked tee times on the Kapalua courses. We just returned home from Kapalua this week and we can't wait to return to Don and Sylvia's villa. The villa was all we hoped for and much more. The living room and kitchen area was so beautiful and spacious. The lania was incredible for the views and relaxing. The bedrooms and bathrooms were awesome and afforded much comfort and privacy. Brent enjoyed the golf and I made use of the nearby pool. The shuttle service made travel so easy and convenient. We had one of our best dinners at the Pineapple Grill just up the 10th fairway at the Bay Course clubhouse, a very easy and enjoyable walk. We highly recommend this villa, and Sylvia is my new best friend. We will definitely be back!

We just arrived back from a wonderful holiday vacation in Sylvia and Don's beautiful Kapalua villa and would highly recommend this property to anyone. We have visited Maui numerous times over the past several years and this is one of nicest properties we have ever stayed in. It is beautifully decorated and wonderfully equipped - they have thought of everything you might need and more such as the wireless internet connection. Our family greatly enjoyed both sitting on the lanai watching the golfers and golfing the Bay Course ourselves. I made the 5 minute walk to the Kapalau tennis gardens several times during the week - it's a great facility. We also enjoyed the close proximity of the swimming pools and Kapalua Bay beach. Sylvia was a wonderful host - extremely helpful and the rental process was painless. We hope to visit again!!

Fantastic place! We have been to Hawaii 5 times and stayed in both luxury hotels and condos, and this unit ranks with the best we've seen. We came to Kapalua after spending a few days in luxury at the Four Seasons on Lanai and we were not let down whatsoever. Upscale, beautifully finished, fantastic view, every amenity you could ever need, and VERY comfortable. It felt like home. We will be going back for sure.

We just recently stayed at Sylvia's wonderful Kapalua condo with friends for our 4th trip to Maui and our first in the Kapalua area. We couldn't have asked for a more spectacular place to call home. This condo is absolutely gorgeous, we felt like we had been welcomed to stay at an old friends five star home. Everything from the top of the line kitchen, to the warm and inviting bedrooms, to the spa like bathrooms. WOW. Sylvia couldn't have been more helpful when we had questions, everything was handled with professionalism and sincere interest in our holidays, that alone makes this condo far above most others. We have been visiting Kapalua for the past 13 years - this is by far the best condo we have ever stayed in; the owners thought of everything. Having dinner almost every night on the lanai watching the sunset was just perfect. The surrounding pools, golf course view and interior of the condo was just superb. We just experienced a truly wonderful stay at this amazing condo, in Kapalua. Not only is it set in the best location for West Maui, but you also get privacy, quiet, and a peaceful stay, away from all of the tourists. The condo itself is just beautiful, and so very well-appointed--just bring your beach gear, and toothbrush! I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was, but I will add that Sylvia is a fantastic host, too, and we are definitely looking forward to whenever we visit again!

We have just stayed at the villa for the second time. The interior of the accomodation is even nicer than the pictures posted on VRBO - everything you could possible need is there. The views from the lanai are just the best, overlooking the sea in the distance and the green of the golf course. The service provided by the owners could not be better. I would give this rental unit the highest rating and we are looking forward to going again.

We just stayed at this condo and it was fabulous! The kitchen area is great and the views of the ocean and the fairway are incredible. It is right by one of the 4 pools in the complex and on the 10th green on the Bay course. The living and dining area give you a lot of room to relax at night. A simply awesome retreat in tropical paradise. Very clean, beautifully decorated and well maintained, with "extra" amenities such as a computer with high speed Internet and three championship golf courses right in the complex. Our hosts paid attention to every possible detail a traveler could desire. Most impressive was the timely response with any questions...before, after and even during our stay!!
