The unit has 2 bedrooms (queen-size bed in one and a twin and full in the other) and a loft (with a king-size platform bed), which is accessible by ladder (kids love it). It also has new flooring in the kitchen, bath area and foyer, and new appliances. Entertainment features include a TV, DVD and VCR players, CD player, and IPOD dock. Wi-fi is also provided.
The complex is in a woodsy setting and has a swimming pool, 2 saunas, tennis court and volleyball court. The property backs up to Burton Creek State Park and is right off the main North Shore road and bike path.
The ideal location of this unit makes it perfect for both winter and summer fun. During the winter, ski resorts such as Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Homewood, and Northstar are within 10-15 miles. Cross-country skiing can be done right behind the complex as well. In the summer, Skylandia Beach is five minutes away and the hiking and biking trails are plentiful.
And how peaceful and beautiful is that view from the balcony! With a view of snow-covered trees and Mt. Friel (which is on the other side of the lake) in the distance, you will definitely feel like you're in an alpine paradise.
