  It is always a pleasure to rent from this owner. His rental agent, Tiffany, acts promptly when repairs or replacements are needed and is always available for questions, etc. The condo is well equipped, well maintained and spacious. The view is magnificent. Love the heated pool and hot tub, but shelling and walking on the beautiful beach is my favorite. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, and activities. I would recommend this condo to anyone

  This is a comfortable, well maintained condo. Loved the balcony in the afternoon sun, and going to sleep to the sound of the water. Very nice.

  We went on a short family get-away. The condo was unbelieveable. It surpassed all our expections and we had a wonderful time!!!!! When we go again this is the place we will stay!!

  My husband and Myself take our kids to the Palacio every year. This is the 1st year we stayed in unit 603, but I can tell you, it won't be our last. The unit is decorated nicely and has everything that you may need during your stay in it. The views from the balconey are beautiful. We just got home from our stay and are so ready to go back. We love Lillians pizza and it is a must have every time we come to Perdido Key.. Can't wait to go back.. Beautiful condo and excellent people to work with.... Thanks for making our vacation the best it could be......

  Spacious condo, beautifully furnished. The large balcony is a perfect place to sit and admire the gulf-front view. Would definitely stay here again.

  We have stayed on Perdido Key for the past 4 years and enjoy the "less crowded" beaches, roads, etc. It is a great place to vacation. Last winter we stayed in this condo and were very pleased with everything. It is very clean and neat, and the location on the 6th floor is just perfect. The balcony overlooking the gulf is angled just a little to allow for sunbathing even when it's cooler and windy. We hope to rent again this next winter.

  The condo was beautiful, very clean and well maintained. The shower in the master bath is huge! The pool is very nice and located right off of the beach. There is a video rental machine in the lobby area for your use and there are umbrellas & chairs for rent on the beach...just a few steps from the condo. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

  Very nice and comfortable. Great view. Nice pool Just steps to the beach. Chairs and umbrellas available for rent. Would definetly come back.

  This was an excellent choice for my wife and I to get away for a few days. Easy drive from Birmingham and the condo felt "new" and very well-kept. Being right on the beach is a big plus and the condo has a fantastic view out over the water. Restaurants were in easy reach, and we booked a great fishing trip with a charter guide that was only about a 15-20 minute drive from the condo. We will definitely be staying here again - I think it's one of the best choices on Perdido Key!

  My husband and I vacation in Perdido Key every year. We stayed here in June 2006. This was by far the best place we have stayed at. The condo was beautiful, the beach service was wonderful, everything was absolutely perfect. I would recommend this condo to anyone, in fact, we will be staying here again next year.
