Our 1650-sq.ft. 3BR/3Bath condo offers plenty of room for the entire family. In addition to the comfortable and inviting decor, a private wraparound balcony is accessible from the master bedroom, the living area, and the queen-size bedrooms. The open floor plan gives you incredible views of the sugar-white sands, crystalline beaches, and majestic sunsets of Panama City Beach.

Edgewater Beach Resort offers its guests a half-mile beach, 12 pools - including an 11,000-sq.ft. lagoon pool - a nearby 36-hole golf course, beachside dining, and much more! For the more adventurous, take advantage of nearby jet skiing, sailing, and parasailing opportunities.

We are from London and were visiting Panama City Beach for the Florida Iron-man. We were very impressed with the apartment as it was very spacious. We had seven people , 4 adults and 3 children and we were exceptionally comfortable at all times. We had incredible evenings watching the sun sets. The kids loved the heated 12 meter pool attached to Winward and were in there everyday. The beaches were incredibly white like we had never seen before (and coming from Africa now living in London we have travelled the world). The owners were amazing and exceeded all our expectations with welcoming goodies and assisting with any queries we had. I can highly recommend this neat, clean and gorgeous apartment (only on the second floor) that is only a few steps from beaches that will only bring delight to your holiday.Recommended for: Families with young children.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. We took our 3 girls (13,11, and 9) and our parents and there was plenty of room. The view was wonderful and the condo is at the end of the building so it was very quiet and peaceful. The amenties were great and having 3 bathrooms was a definite plus!! We will definitely stay here again. The owner is wonderful to do business with and is prompt in answering any questions and refunding the deposit. Thank you!!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

This condo is beautiful, and the owner does business like it should be done! I have just had wonderful beach time at Winward 208 at Edgewater Beach Resort. The condominium’s location provided the best of both worlds on the beach. The condo was guest friendly and had all the conveniences of home. The wrap-around-balcony provided a convenient flow of traffic with its numerous accesses to the balcony. My family enjoyed the quit area of the beach with a pool next to the building where we enjoyed quiet swimming and sunning time. On another day we went to the lagoon pool and Ocean’s Restaurant where we spent time and enjoyed a delicious lunch at the restaurant. I would recommend the condominium for large families or small groups to have wonderful beach fun.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This unit is in need of major update! It hasn't been painted and updated in years! We wasted a perfectly good weekend in a unit, that is close to being a slum! I would never again use this unit! On a scale of 1 to 10 this is a -5!Owner response: Upon arrival at the condo, guest are requested to check the condo and report any issues they may have. Refunds are given when the condo does meet guest expectations. Unfortunately, the above guest did not report issues prior to their stay. After checkout a request was made for a refund of money . it is difficult to justify refunding money after the stay. Subsequently this renter submitted a less than accurate review of the condo. Contrary to the review, the condo has been totally renovated within the past few years with new cabinets, tile and hardwood floors throughout the condo as well as a renovated master bathroom. Below are comments excerpted from e-mails from prior guest.. "We enjoyed staying in the condo last year and want to make reservations again this year". A second person wrote "I stayed in your place last year and I have been itching to go back" Another guest has made a reservation for three consecutive yrs. Still another guest after their stay the second year replied "We had a great time at your condo" Owner

We visisted this condo for a week. We had an unforgetable time in Panama City Beach! Great location! Plenty of room! Washer and dryer were great to have! View is unbelievable...makes you think you are in Cozumil Mexico! Water was absoloutly georgious and the Edgewater Lagoon pool was out of this world! We will deffenetally use this condo again in the future. Fun for ages 2 to 78. (Which is the range of people we had with us!) A lifetime memory! Owner was very nice and did not mind answering questions! Everything was more than what was expected! Get up early around 6ish and you can literally see the dolphins swimming in the ocean from the balcony!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, romantic getaway.
