Welcome to Ormond Beach, Florida! Located on the Atlantic Ocean in the heart of beautiful East Central Florida. The Regency Plaza Condominium has a reputation of excellence. Please come and stay with us and have a wonderful time!
Our non-smoking condominium is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two full-size beds in the guest room, and queen-size air mattresses, in case the need arises. The Regency Plaza is an oceanfront building and our unit is on the ninth floor with a balcony off the living room. There are spectacular ocean as well as Halifax River views from the balcony, and there are also awesome ocean views from the master and guest bedrooms.
Wake up to unforgettable sunrises, take a jog or walk on the beach, or use the on-site sauna and exercise room. Take time to watch dolphins playing in the surf, space shuttle launches from Cape Canaveral, or simply walk out on the private, non-drive beach of the Regency Plaza. Relax on the sun deck that overlooks the swimming pool, which also provides direct beach access. There is also a game room and social room available for use.
The building has secured parking with elevators for easy access to all floors and secured access to all building entrances.
