Two bikes can be provided with the home for $20/day, for local or longer distance riding. Also, upon request, the home can have delivery of the Los Angeles Times, at no additional charge.
The beach house features a non-wood burning fireplace, which also acts as the heater, and a spacious backyard perfect for large gatherings. The house has one bedroom, with a queen bed, an attached sunroom which contains a hide-away bed, living room, also with a hide-away bed, dining room, small ante room off the bathroom, and is comfortable and cozy for two to four people. A fully renovated and upgraded kitchen provides all amenities. The home has an available wireless internet available for a charge of $5/night or $25/week, and a land line phone for no additional charge except costs of non-local phone calls.
