This is a sixth floor, corner, Ocean Harbor condominium unit on Estero Bay. It has spectacular panoramic views both of the Gulf and the Bay as well as of beautiful sunsets. It is only a few minutes walk to the white sand beach of the Gulf of Mexico. Ocean Harbor is a private gated community on nine acres, with tropical landscaping and a relaxing pool.
This unit is newly furnished and is in excellent condition. There are two screened-in lanais, one overlooking the Gulf and the other overlooking dolphins playing in the Bay. Unit has two King-size beds and two convertible Queen-size sofabeds (one in den and one in Great Room). It includes a ceramic tile foyer, baths, kitchen, den, and wet bar area.
There is carpeting in the living room, dining room, and bedrooms. Appliances include a side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice-maker, self-cleaning oven with overhead microwave oven, dishwasher, garbage-disposal, and full-size washer and dryer.
Ocean Harbor has one of the largest heated swimming pools on Fort Myers Beach. Its wide steps and large shallow end are ideal for small children. There are two large hot tubs, four tennis courts, two shuffleboard courts, a private fishing pier, and a 600 foot long board walk. There is a spacious, well-appointed, 2600 square foot clubhouse available for personal use. The clubhouse also has 30 seat private theatre (Great to view DVDs, videos, and cable TV sporting events) There are fun activities planned weekly during the busy season.
For safety there is 24-hour security and the grounds are secured with automatic entry systems both for the grounds and buildings. There are fire sprinklers in each unit along with a complete fire and smoke detection system.
There are numerous retail stores, a golf course, and restaurants nearby. The beach is just across the street, Publix supermarket is right next door as is Fernando's Restaurant; perfect when you would rather walk than drive. Or, you can use the Trolley that runs up and down Estero Boulevard from Bonita Springs to Downtown Fort Myers Beach for only 25 cents per ride!
