Each bedroom has its own bath and television. There are two desks as well as wireless, high-speed internet and printer in the den. There are one king-sized, one queen and two twin beds. There is a Queen-sized sofabed in the den.

Why the Owner Chose Summit
We began vacationing annually in Palm Desert in the early 1980's. We chose this house because it was practically new, very beautiful, has great views and it is located close to many great restaurants as well as to the major shopping center of Palm Desert and within walking distance of the exclusive El Paseo shopping center.
The Unique Benefits at this Home
We enjoy swimming, tennis, golf, shopping,and eating out. We also enjoy the views and just relaxing in beautiful surroundings.
Owner's Map of Summit
We are both physicians and in addition to raising a family of five, we have both held publcly elected office for many years. Francis is a veteran of both Viet Nam and Desert Storm.
We love the Summit neighborhood because all of the homes are custom built and its location near the mountains decreases the wind factor making this one of the best locations in the desert.
