  The prior reviews have solid details about the convenience of the location to the next-door bakery (we went there each day), the Cuatro Caminos metro stop, three nearby supermarkets, and the park (so pleasant in the early evening). What I will add is two things: (1) this apartment was cleaner than any hotel that I've experienced and (2) the owner and family are extremely accommodating and professional and are the sort of people you are happy to do business with. There was excellent communication before the visit, all arrangements were clear, and they were responsive to all of our questions and needs. Now for the best recommendation that I can give to any travel accommodation, which is that I plan to visit Madrid again with my wife and two children this apartment is the only place that I will choose for my stay.

  We stayed in this apartment for 4 nights in Jan. Very comfortable. having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was great for our family of 4. The kitchen was very nice and new. Cuatro Caminos metro station a very short walk from the apt. Julio was very helpful with suggestions for places to eat and took us on a short tour of the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

  We stayed for five nights in the apartment (two adults and two teenagers). We were welcomed by Julio the owner as agreed at the apartment. Julio showed us all the necessary things in the apartment and even took us a short walk around local area to point out shops, butchers, restaurants etc. The apartment is just as it looks online, clean and comfortable with everything you need for your stay. The location for us was perfect, handy for the metro or we walked into the main city which is pleasant too. Downstairs next door is a bakery which sells lovely bread and huge croissants which were delicious for breakfast. We ate at the bar on the corner which is a very traditional Spanish bar/restaurant with a good atmosphere. Went there for a drink too and had tapas on the house! This is one of the nicest apartments we have stayed in. I would not hesitate recommending it to family and friends. Thank you Julio for everything and for the use of the apartment on our last day due to our late flight home.

  We visited Madrid for a long weekend and really enjoyed our stay in this apartment which was just as described, well equipped modern and clean. The apartment is only about 20 mins from the airport by taxi and we were met as arranged for our check-in. There are lots of cafés bars supermarkets and other shops close by and it is a very short walk to metro stations. There are bus stops close by as well so access the centre of Madrid is very easy and takes only about 10 mins. For example the no. 45 bus goes directly to the Paseo del Prado. The apartment's wireless internet worked well and the apartment appeared to be well equipped with things needed to cook although we did not use these. Eating out locally is good value. The showers are small but good and the beds are comfortable. Overall the apartment is great for a short stay in Madrid for 2 couples. We will be returning.

  I had a conference in Madrid for 3 days and took my wife and kids and extend the stay other 4 days making a weekly visit to this beautiful, modern, clean and well organized city of Madrid. We have chosen this apartment at first beacuse of its vicinity to the place where my conference was held and at the same time Santiago Bernabe stadium is extremely close with a 2 metro stops so I watched Real-Bayern alive. The owner was extremely helpful and hospital and showed all practical things, how to buy metro and bus tickets, where to go to shop around etc. He even took me to the stadium the day before macth to collect my ticket I bought online from home. The apartment itself is like a luxury apartment suite at 5 stars hotel with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a new well functioning kitchen and all washing facility, a fantastic for business and pleasure stay alike. What is amazing with this apartment it is extremely well connected with the other parts of Madrid, for example just 5 metro stops to the heart of Madrid, Puerta de Sol, and just 2 minues walk to the metro. There are also buses to take you everywhere throughout the city. And early morning or late evening, there is a fantastic park close to the apartment for jogging, playing the tennis or golf. To recommend for shopping is "El corte Ingles" department store, where all kinds of clothes and garments can be found on 7 floors. Everything close with excellent public transport to all amenities in Madrid (Teleferico, Zoo, etc..) We even took kids to WB amusement park. With transport within 1 hour, with a car 40 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to thank Julio (the owner) for all his hospitality. Nedim Hodzic with family from Stockholm, Sweden.

  Lovely apartment with everything we needed. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was fantastic. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. The location is central to the metro (2-3 mins. walk) and many restaurants and bars. There is a small bakery and Pharmacy next door, 3 different grocery stores within 5 minutes walk. We walked to a wonderful park very close to the apartment with children's playgrounds, tennis, and golf driving range. We would definitely stay here again!

  We stayed for nearly one week and loved it. The description is very accurate. The owner was very helpful, even taking us for a short walk to show us the good places to eat, the supermarket and the best car parking.   A very spacious, clean, modern and well maintained apartment. The location is perfect with supermarkets restaurants and bars within walking distance. Very close to a metro station which provides easy access to all areas and attractions of the city. There is a really nice park nearby which was very convenient for us as we had a fifteen month old child in our party. The apartment is well equipped and contained everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A cot was provided for our child and It was very handy to have two bathrooms. The owner Julio was very welcoming and made sure we had all the information we needed about the apartment and the local amenities. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would love to stay there again. Thank you Julio.

  Julio very accomodating to our arrival time and was there waiting for us outside the apartment when we arrived in our taxi. The apartment was immaculate and so spacious! It has everything you need! There is a pharmacy right downstairs and a supermarket right down the street. There are also many resturants and bars within walking distance. Julio took the time to sit with us and explain everything about the apartment, what was nearby, the transportation, etc and give us all his information in case we had questions or needed anything. All in all, a lovely apartment from lovely people! I would definitely recommend and would stay here again on my next trip to Madrid! Varinia
