Our updated, second floor duplex is located one house from the bay and offers unobstructed water views from the kitchen, living room, and fully furnished deck. Please don't miss our amazing sunsets.
We are also located just two short blocks from the ocean, an easy walk for sun and fun!
Restaurants, shopping, minigolf, grocery, movie theater, ice cream parlor antiques and more are all within walking distance. Just a block away you can stop in and rent a longboard for a surf lesson, pickup some fresh lobsters and littlenecks at Pinky's, nab a souvenier LBI tee to remember your stay, or pop by Kubel's (a local watering hole) for happy hour.
Our renters enjoy swimming in the bay or ocean, crabbing, fishing, boating, and many other water-sports. Long Beach Island is a unique vacation paradise boasting beautiful powder soft beaches with the ability to do as much or as little as you choose.
Our space has a bright kitchen and living room, full bath and two bedrooms (one queen sized bed and two single beds) plus the ability to have an extra cot. We also provide an outside shower, gas grill, ample off-street parking, large deck and family friendly neighborhood.
This a very bright, comfortable and clean beach house - perfect for an easy going vacation. What's better than spending a week with your toes in the sand.
Available for weekly rentals during the Summer. Please inquire about special pricing and availability for weeks and weekends in the Fall and Spring.

We had a relaxing week at this upstairs apartment, the owners were friendly and helpful, and the apartment is well set up and very comfortable. This part of the island is narrow, so you see the bay on one side, and it is just a short walk to the beach on the other. Close to Beach Haven where there is an amusement park and lots of restaurants. But spent the bulk of the week simply walking to the beach, back to the apartment for lunch or to get out of the sun, back to the beach, etc. Surf and water temp were great!
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
