Wall to wall, ceiling to floor windows in the living room and master suite open unto private lanais which offer panoramic views of West Maui mountain and peaks of the ocean.
Master suite has a King bed (single futon stored underneath for a child), private lanai, vanity area and full bathroom. The master suite has AC & ceiling fan, large (mirrored doors) closet and a wall mounted 25" TV w/DVD. One whole wall of the bedroom is floor to ceiling window and sliding glass doors to the private lanai. You don't have to be on the lanai or get out of bed to enjoy the view! The master bedroom affords privacy from the living area and the second bedroom. Second bedroom has a Queen bed and a Twin bed with wall to wall, ceiling to floor mirrored closets and a ceiling fan. There are white plantation shutters on the large window with a view of Mt. Haleakala. The second bedroom has it's own hallway and full bathroom which allows for privacy also. Living room sofa opens into a Queen bed.
The spacious living room area has a new 55" LCD Flat screen TV and new carpet. Condominium is handicapped-friendly with grab bars in both shower/tubs. Two hot water heaters ensure that they is never a shortage of hot water. Condominium is one level - no stairs. Condominium complex has elevators.
This is an end unit and is the closest unit to the elevators, BBQ's, parking lot and tennis courts. It feels like all of these amenities are yours privately because they are right outside your door. Most of the condo walls are made of solid cement which makes the complex very quiet. There is never any noise heard through the walls, floors or ceilings.
Kamaole Beach 1, which is one block away is one the best beaches in Maui. This beach is literally a 2 minute walk and has bathrooms, lifeguards, grassy areas and rinse-off outdoor showers.
Extras include beach towels, beach chairs and mats, ice chests, back pack, beach bags, snorkeling gear, beach umbrellas, kids beach toys, cards & games, library of paperback books, port-a-crib, high chair, stroller, tennis racquets, gas barbecue, pool, hot tub, and tennis courts.
Beach, shopping, and dining are a two minute walk (great for older kids). Centrally located on a private dead end street. Free off street parking is plentiful in the back parking lot.
All the appliances are full size, the washer & dryer are in the condo.
Wake up to the songs of tropical birds and roll over to see another wonderful Maui day. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea in your pajamas on the lanai and witness the sun rising behind you on the clear ten thousand foot Mt Haleakala. Maui is unique in that it has so much to offer. It is kind of a combination of all the islands put together. It has something for everyone....the vacationer seeking isolated pristine jungle, the adventurer, the night life scene or just the laid back and relaxed type.
Kihei is centrally located, close to the airport and more of the "local" scene.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We really enjoy the view and proximity to the beach. Our condo is away from road noise and everything is within walking distance. It is so peaceful (and private) in the mornings to sip coffee in your jammies on the lanai as the sun gradually rises.
Great beginner waves to learn to surf or paddle at Cove Park. Several rental companies in this immediate area. Plenty of free parking.
Great out door breakfast. Get there early the place is small and very popular.
We love going here for breakfast. The views are spectacular overlooking the golf course and the ocean. It is never crowded. Lunch & Breakfast are reasonably priced.
Best ice cream on Maui is within walking distance! In the Denny's strip mall. Get a stamp card.
Two minute walk to this beautiful beach in front of our condo complex. Great beach for families, has bathrooms, lifeguards, shower & grassy area.

We loved this condo. It is very well equipped, is right next to the elevators (for heavy suitcases) and the owners were very pleasant and easy to deal with. We have already recommended it to friends for their consideration. It has a lovely view of the ocean and the West Maui Mountains off the lanai and of Haleakala off the entry. It has lots of kids beach toys which our grandsons used heavily. It was very nice to have those there so their parents didn't have to pack any along. It is equipped with Wi-Fi and we had four iPads going at the same time in the evenings. The owners thoughtfully provided a list of activities, several of which we did. We saw all the brochures and ads for shirts, etc., for "I survived the road to Hana", but having driven both it and the loop around the north end of the island (which we would recommend) the road to Hana is tame in comparison. Whether we stay there or not in the future will simply depend on how many of us are there. We rented it and the unit above to accommodate everyone in our party. If you are looking for a very nice place to stay and great owners with whom to deal, this is it!

The condominium was very clean and inviting. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Maui was provided. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family. The condominium was in walking distance to a great beach, fun shopping, and restaurants. Also, grocery stores were close by. I would recommend a snorkeling trip on the Trade Winds II, horseback riding at the Piiholo Ranch, and taking the trip to Hana.

Just returned from a wonderful, relaxing holiday in Maui. Our condo was one of the best we have stayed in. Excellent location (best in the building for us) just steps to the BBQ, tennis court and elevators. We travelled with 3 other couples who stayed in the same complex and all agreed ours was the nicest, with best location and all the things we needed. It was clean, had everything we need in the kitchen and beds and linens were all clean and comfortable. Nice having our own washer and dryer. Hello Carol We had a great time enjoying our stay in your well appointed condo! When we arrived the condo was clean and welcoming. It was so nice to have all the equipment to accommodate the children and us adults too, including beach chairs and toys. Even though the view is somewhat limited we really appreciate the quietness and close proximity to parking, the elevator, BBQ and tennis courts. This is our 3rd visit to Maui and this condo is in a great location. The beaches are great, shopping and dining is right down the block and Costco is about a 15 min drive away. The condo is as advertised. I was a little concerned that we would be too close to the elevator, barbeque and tennis courts because of noise and people but there was no need to worry. The way the condo is set up, you can't hear anything and the tenants were very considerate in not making any noise. In fact, it was a great location for the parking lot as well. The condo was next to the stairway and the elevator which was right next to the parking lot so it was easy getting to the condo from the lot - one flight up or about 15 feet from the elevator and you were in the condo (unlike some of the other condos - it was quite a maze walking through the complex to the other condos). The only concern we had was the cleanliness of the patio. I don't know if there had been a dust or rain storm but we had to clean the patio and the patio furniture of a good layer of thick dust (or ?). After that, we spent a great deal of time out there enjoying the breeze and the views. The condo complex has new management/maintenance and they were very responsive to any suggestions we made (eg. the jacuzzi was really too hot and you were you were locked in the pool area unless you had your pool key) Carol provided all the questions and information we needed to enjoy our stay which was very much appreciated!!! This is a definite place to return to again and again to vacation.
Owner response:The condo and the lanai's are thoroughly cleaned after every client. The sugar cane fields and the Maui trade winds will sometimes leave a layer of dust on the lanais. Make sure you check the lanai furniture before sitting down in your white pants. The hazards of island living!!

This condo was more than what we expected ( comfort of the beds, amenities, proximity to the Kameole Beach Park). We ( 3 adults and 4 children) did a lot of sightseeing during our stay in Maui ( Lahaina, Kapalua Beach,Iao Valley State Park,The Road to Hana( full circle), Sunrise on Haleakala, Big Beach and Little Beach, Fireworks on the Beach on July 4th, etc.) But it was always a pleasure to comeback to the condo and relax on the lanai or by the pool or even play some tennis. Carol, I wanted to thank you for letting us stay at your condo the previous week. The location was perfect for our needs, I particularly liked how close to the garage it was located. The beach and food nearby were both really convenient as well. We appreciated that there were towels and basically anything we would need already at the condo so that we didn't need to pack too much or buy things just for the few days we were there. It was really difficult finding a place that could accommodate all 6 of us, but yours did it quite well. Thanks again, Brendan

What a great place to stay. All the amenities one could possibly ask for, as well as a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the island. Loved sitting on the Lana'i and enjoying the ocean, as well as the mountain view. Everything was sparkling clean and Kelly and Carol are so helpful and generous.We would highly recommend this property to anyone.

This condo was the perfect location for our first (won't be our last) visit to Maui! Our family consisted of three generations, the youngest being 20 months. The two bedrooms were perfect and having the playpen/crib/stroller/beach toys was greatly appreciated! Everything in the condo was clean with lots of dishes and towels. The lanai's were wonderful and having the barbeque right next door was fabulous! Carol, thank you so much for sharing your place with us! We loved the beautiful, sandy beach and the pool/ sauna were great, too! Our only regret is that we only had two weeks to spend in 'paradise!' We had great meals at Bubba Gumps and Hulla Grill. We also enjoyed some libations/appetisers at McGillicutty's Sports Grill while enjoying the large screen tv's watching the Canuck's and the beautiful sunsets. We can't wait to return and do more exploring in wonderful Kihei!
