From the moment you arrive at our Lake of the Ozarks condo, you will find yourself able to relax in style in a clean, contemporary lake-front setting. You are sure to enjoy the main channel view from the screened-in deck. The living areas are bright and very comfortable for relaxation while enjoying the lake's great atmosphere.
For those of you bringing a laptop or wireless tablet, we now offer wireless broadband internet access.
This Lake Ozark condominium vacation rental at Harbour Towne features a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. The dining area seats four to eight. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer. All linens are provided. You will just need to bring your food, beverage, toiletries, beach towels, and your fishing pole.
The lake view master bedroom features a comfortable king bed and a private bathroom. Two other bedrooms share the hall bath. One of these bedrooms features a king bed, while the other has two twin beds. Our condo is suited for up to 6 adults, with a maximum occupancy of 8, including children. Each of the bedrooms has a television. The master has a 27 inch TV. The second bedroom has a DVD player and TV while the third bedroom has a VCR-TV combination.
The condominium is just a few easy steps down from the parking lot, great for bringing in your groceries or gear. You will have one designated parking space for your use. Parking for additional vehicles is available nearby.
There are two heated pools on the property. The lakeside pool is a short walk along the water. The second pool is elevated and has an outstanding view of the main channel. There is a tennis court, a walking path, and a children's playground nearby.
The property is located on the convenient Lake of the Ozarks North Shore area, just minutes from Highway 54. The North Shore is one of the Lake of the Ozarks best-kept secrets, a great location, with easy access from both Kansas City and St. Louis (and no bridges or ferries to take). Outlet shopping, antique shopping, amusements, and a wide range of restaurants are all located just minutes away in Lake Ozark and Osage Beach.
New this year is our Midweek Special. Arrive Monday after 1pm and stay until 3 pm on Thursday for just $500 plus tax and cleaning fee. This offer may not be combined with other special offers and valid only for Monday arrival and Thursday departures during peak season.

Lake of the Ozarks is a very popular vacation destination just 2.5 hours from St. Louis or Kansas City.
The North Shore is sometimes overlooked by people who think they want to be in a populated area with more traffic. We are just 3 minutes from Hwy 54, the main road to reach shopping restaurants and attractions. You will not be stuck on an island with ferry service. You have easy arrival and departure.
There are very many activities to enjoy at the Lake of the Ozarks, especially fishing and boating.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The view is outstanding. The porch is screened-in so you will enjoy the view without the bugs.
There is very good crappie fishing from the docks at the complex. Crappie can be found year-round.

This Condo is perfect! Mike & Kathy have thought of everything! The location is great, both by land and water. (By land you are just off of 54, before you get to Osage Beach-which is about a 10 minute drive to the store-, by water on the 2MM, near the damn, calm water, not far from restaurants like H.Toad or Ozark BBQ) The condo is very clean and well stocked with everything you need..night lights, toiletries, laundry detergent, games/movies for adults and kids, noodles for the pool etc, etc. The welcome basket, tailored to us, was unique and wonderful. The kids LOVED the "duck hunt" and are tellling everyone about it weeks later! The beds were so comfortable. Thank you for a lovely place to stay. We felt so "at home" while one vacation. The screened in porch was great for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The complex was great too. We enjoyed both pools. Everything was as you stated in the listing and more. You were so helpful and timely in getting back to us. We are hoping to stay at your place again in the future. You definitely have this down to a science! Thanks again!!!!!!

This is probably the best condo we have stayed at, anywhere. Everything was in perfect order and clean. The owners provide everything you need for an enjoyable lake vacation. The condo is very easy to get to and close to everything. I give this condo a 5 star + rating

Dear Mike and Kathy, Just wanted to say again what a wonderful time my friends and I had in the condo last month. It fit all 7 of us girls perfectly and we enjoyed time on the screened in porch, at the kitchen table and on the couches (if only the weather had been better, we could have ventured outside)! Your directions to the condo were perfect and we really enjoyed the binder full of info and the sweet gift basket you left us! Also, the fresh flowers were a perfect finishing touch! We came to the Ozarks to have some family time together and it was a vacation none of us will forget. The condo was amazing and there was not one thing we would have changed.Everything we needed was provided even birthday candles, which we used for my daughter-in-laws birthday. We had a wonderful time.

Our stay at your lovely condo was just wonderful. It had all the comforts of home and more! You special touches, goodie basket, fresh flowers, etc. were terrific. The location was great and nice and quiet. By far, our favorite spot was the screened balcony with the lovely lake view. We look forward to returning.

Our weeks stay at your Condo was outstanding. It had everything anyone could ever need!! You thought of everything!! My family had a great time. I think my favorite place was your screened in Deck!! I stayed out there alot, the view is wonderful, and I brought my laptop computor and played on it while enjoying the sounds of the lake and view. It was like home away from home. Very comfortable and inviting. I loved The large window in the Master bedroom to wake up and see such a great view of the lake. My grandchildren loved looking for the Ducks and playing in the swimming pool!! You had so many DVD's, games, etc. to enjoy also. Your location was great, so close to The Bagnall Dam area, shopping, entertainment, Boat and jet ski rentals, etc. It was just a wonderful place to stay and would love to go back again some time. We have rented several condos at the Lake and I must say this was the best, without question. So much thought and care went to the comfort of our stay, I felt we were welcomed by longtime friends. Everyone in our family (two adults and 3 kids)found something fun or interesting about your home. Our kids loved the games, movies, and "treats". The adults loved the comfortable bed and binder with all the information about the Lake and it's amenities. Will we be back? Absolutely.
