Enjoy the privacy of your own home and pool and still you are only a one-block walk to the dedicated sands of Laguna Beach. The pool is brand-new in 2005 and beautifully landscaped. The house is colorfully-decorated, fully-equipped and very comfortable. The stove and dishwasher are new in 2005 as well. There is a raised deck behind the house with comfortable chairs and a view of the gulf. There is also a private outdoor shower which is lovely after a day at the beach.
For your convenience The Carousel grocery, liquor and souvenir shop is only one block away. A couple of blocks further down Front Beach is Thomas' Donuts - the best on the beach.
We have had so many wonderful times at our Laguna Beach house. We hope you will make special memories there as well.
