"Windy Point" is located on the water where you may relax on the private dock, cast your line for fishing or crabbing. Put in your kayak from this location and explore the waters of Back Bay or paddle to the Baja or Blue Pete's Restaurant. Cruise on bicycles three miles south to Little Island State Park for a family reunion picnic, tennis or ocean fishing from the pier. Attend the outdoor Sunday morning services at St. Simon's By-the-Sea.
This beach cottage is tastefully decorated, each spacious bedroom comfortably furnished with ceiling fans and cable TVs. The contemporary Italian tiled kitchen is ready to accommodate the most discriminating cook with two ovens and a radiant heat stovetop.
Relax during the hot afternoons in a rocking chair on the wrap around deck and watch the blue herons, deer, and fish jumping in the cove. Improve your tan on the third floor sun deck which is accessible from either of the two third floor bedrooms separated by a full bath and sitting room. These bedrooms are each furnished with a full-size bed and spectacular views.
The main living area located on the second floor will accommodate your family in the large Great Room furnished with a 36" flat screen television surround sound theatre, DVD, VCR, and stereo. Enjoy the wonderful wildlife views with your morning coffee, or evening meal on the screened in porch off the great room and kitchen.
The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. From this bedroom enjoy an evening in the hot tub utilizing your private access. The master bathroom is complete with an oversized jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
Let the kids have their space in the first floor recreation room with their own cable TV/DVD, playstation and games. Two futons accomodate your extra guests. There are two bedrooms on the first floor sharing a full bath. One bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and the other a futon bunk bed that will sleep two.
Spend your days combing for seashells, swimming and surfing at the beach just a short walk from "WINDY POINT". Wash off from the beach in the outdoor shower on the first floor back deck. Spend your nights watching the shooting stars from the third floor deck or enjoy the night clubs and restaurants at the Virginia Beach Resort just a 20 minute drive away.
This home is perfect for the extended family offering one beautiful location yet each floor allows privacy for separate family areas.
