Vacation in luxury at this Marina Residences 2-bedroom/2-bath condominium. Located on the top floor (5th), with views of the Marina and Sierra Madre Mountains from the balcony. Located in the heart of Nuevo Vallarta the Marina Residences has its own private pool, to enjoy quiet afternoons lazing in the sun, or enjoy Barbeque cooking under the large poolside pallapa, or a game of bocce or practice your putting on the private putting green. With every modern convenience home cooking is fun and easy.
Social Club Membership is availble with rental of my condominium for a fee of $15.00USD plus taxes per person- for a family of up to 5 people for up to 4 weeks. This allows guests full access to the Paradise Village tm “Beach Club” located just a 10 minute walk from my door Plus the Sports Complex and reduced rates at El Tigre golf course. There is free shuttle service available.
Paradise Shopping Plaza located just across the laneway makes shopping for groceries, clothing, souvenirs and access bank & atm's, internet cafes, medical center, money exchange, as well as deli & many restaurants easy. Phone service for local calls and incoming long distance and wireless internet are all included.
Master bedroom has a king size bed with on-suite bathroom and Jacuzzi tub. Second bedroom has 2 double beds with full bathroom down the hall, both bedrooms have cable TV service. Wireless Internet Access is available in my condo and poolside, complete kitchen, washer and dryer, air conditioning and ceiling fans, Cable TV in living room cable with vcr/dvd video library. Your stay is sure to be memorable, convenient, and relaxing.
The Yacht Club & Marina are just steps away for easy access and pick up for fishing trips, water taxi, and many of the Vallarta Adventure tours. There are so many restaurants and many other activities just minutes away come and make this your home for a week or month! Inquire for long term rental rates!
Nuevo Vallarta offers 5Kms of white sand beach, enjoy long walks or boogie boarding.
There are several fun beach clubs/restaurants and beach accesses in the area for you to explore and enjoy.
Golfers can enjoy a reduced rate at El Tigre golf course, and make sure to check out the world class Spa while you are there. Or book Sunday Brunch a the Golf Course. There is shuttle service to El Tigre.
Take a Free Shuttle Bus tour of Nuevo Vallarta, this shuttle service runs every 20 minutes and does a round trip of all of Nuevo Vallarta with hop on and off service. Looks like a train!
Bus transportation is fast, cheap and convenient with city buses running from the shopping center every 10 minutes to downtown or north towards Bucerias. Take the water taxi from the marina to downtown Puerto Vallarta to enjoy restaurants, nightlife or stroll the Malecon.

Hi Dorice, We had another wonderful trip to Paradise Village! Thank you very much for allowing us to use your condo again – it was perfect. Thanks especially for leaving things “stocked” for us; it made the trip just that much easier for us. I have attached a couple of pictures. The first is the entire family at the fiesta; the second is the girls (Madeline – 6, and Molly – 2) running on the beach. We had a fantastic time and we can’t wait to go back again. Hi Dorice, We all absolutely LOVED your condo. The weather was impeccable, sunny and 80 with a nice breeze every day to keep the heat from being oppressive. We really enjoyed the deck and ate a lot of our meals there. With two kids under 4 being close to the mall was extremely convenient. It did take a couple of minutes extra to get to the beach, but with the aforementioned 2 kids under 4 we already had quite a lead time so two minutes of walking was nothing. We liked the pool and my kids really enjoyed the kiddy pool. Probably my sons favorite part was the ride in the "open bus". Thanks for letting us stay there, we hope it works out that we can stay there again inthe future.

This unit is very well equipped, and the owners have thoughtfully stocked it with useful items such as spices, Ziploc bags, saran wrap, movies for all ages and plenty of beach towels which was very helpful. We saw some other units that were not a well supplied. This is a great location and was a very reasonable place to stay. The grounds, facility and rooms are spotlessly maintained by the staff, and the owners provide very helpful information about the unit, your stay, and the area. The shopping mall and grocery store just behind the complex were a real lifesaver and had plenty to choose from. We will happily rent from these owners again.” We left some water toys and sand toys in the bath closet that we didn’t want to pack home. Thanks again!!

Dorice: We’ve arrived safe and sound in Paradise and we absolutely love it here! We’ve been to the Italian dinner and Mexican fiesta plus lots of sunshine, beach surfing, etc. We’re taking the kids parasailing today and going into town tonight for dinner. Hi, Well, we are back and we loved your condo!!! They were both beautiful. The kids had a great time and we did everything we could do in one week. We had dinner at the Mexican restaurant at the mall the first night. Lots of fun!!! We spent time at the pools and the beach. The water was so warm. We ate on the beach. We visited the "Jungle" a few nights with the kids and loved every minute of it. We cooked down at the pool area two nights. "Hamburger night" and "Carne Asada night" we called them. The kids loved it. We played card games while it rained one night. We want to thank you again and would be happy to recommend this condo to others. Thanks again.
