This beautiful pool home is located in the quiet area of Southwest Cape Coral.
It features three bedrooms and two baths with new furnishings in a casual cottage style. Vaulted ceilings add to the spacious feeling of the home. The inviting atmosphere continues with an open airy feel in the kitchen and dining area.
Disappearing sliding glass doors open up the living room area to a relaxing Lanai with private solar heated pool and jacuzzi hot tub.
The home boasts 1600 square feet of living space with a split bedroom plan for added privacy in the Master suite.
The Master bedroom features a king-size bed and walk-in closet with attached master bath and large tiled shower.
The guest bedrooms include a queen-size bed in one and double bed in the other with a slider to the pool area. The second bathroom is also a convenient pool bath.
Palm trees and tropical plants add to the well landscaped yard.
The house sits on a large corner lot in a very quiet neighborhood suitable for walking or biking. It is just a short walk to Finisterre Lake at the end of our street. We are conveniently located close to Publix Grocery Store and Walgreens as well as a video store, several shops and various restaurants.

Everything thought of to make this stylish and comfortable villa a home from home. The hot tub was the icing on the cake and we loved every minute of our stay. Would definitely recommend to friends and will go back ourselves.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.
