  We had a wonderful Christmas vacation staying here. Our kids loved walking out the back door to play on the beautiful sandy beach. Kay was very sweet and nice to work with. The home was nicely equipped with everything we needed. Thanks again for a great trip!

  Wow , great place. I only stayed the weekend but am returning in another week. I did look at other places and have to say this place is ideal. Right on the beach. Patio is covered and you can sit in the shade. Kitchen is large and perfect to entertain, prepare meals while your family or friends sit around the counter on comfortable bar stools. You will not be disappointed for a romantic getaway or family fun on the beach. I love it and will return again and again as I really do not need to see another place. More than I ever expected!! Thank you Kay for a wonderful weekend and many more.

  We had a great time. The only regret we had is the stairs to get to the condo (it is in the lower level) just because we had a bunch of beach toys! This condo is in great shape, beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was very complete. We really enjoyed it.

  This by far has been the greatest place my family and I have ever stayed in. We couldn't believe how well equipped it was. This condominium has everything that one might need when traveling away from home. It really felt like home. My husband and I enjoyed sitting in the evenings enjoying the ocean view. I am going to recommend this place to my family and friends. My family and I can't wait to go back to Kino Bay and stay at this place again.

  My three girlfriends and I recently had the pleasure of staying in this lovely condo right on the beach. We were all delighted with how well kept and spacious it was. We appreciated all the amenities as well. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen and also enjoyed a great dinner one night at a charming restaurant down the beach. We all agreed that we would love to stay here again. Well worth it for such a reasonable price.

  We just returned from Kino Bay and it was great but staying at your house made it perfect! My whole family was in Kino and out of all the homes rented that week, yours by far was the best one! All the nice decore and personal touches really makes it enjoyable. With the ocean view and a beautiful home you just can`t go wrong:) We look forward to staying there again.

  We had a wonderful time. My 12 year old son decided that he did not want to return to Tucson and wanted to stay in Kino. He even went so far as to ask me what the rent expenses would be. I have stayed in many homes in Kino over the last eighteen years and I and my family all agree that your home is by far the nicest place we have ever stayed. We hope to stay again in the near future.
