This property was built new in 2006 at the Villas of Woodson Bend 3 miles from BURNSIDE Marina. It comes fully equipped to sleep 6 adults and 6 children (2 sets of triple bunk beds in the kids room). The property has a huge greenspace for activititie when you are grilling on the patio and a boat slip is included in the price of the unit.
There is a pool/clubhouse, eighteen-hole golf course next door, restaurant, abundant deer and other wildlife in addition to all the lake activities.
It is the ideal place for family and friends who enjoy boating and spending time together.

Year Purchased: 2006
My wife and I have been boating for several years and love Lake Cumberland. She is the 5th of 7 children and I am the youngest of 5 - we have a 1yr old daughter Sadie Kate and one on the way.
Why the Owner Chose Burnside
We bought this particular villa because of the water access. The property boasts one of the few private docks on the lake and the golf cart path you'll see in the pics takes you right to it. The property itself is quite beautiful but being able to get on the water quickly and easily was the biggest selling point.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
The Villa is set up quite well - three sets of adults can have their own room and all the kids can sleep on the 2 sets of triple bunks. Each room has a tv and we've included everythng else we could think of. Usually there is deer in the front yard each morning when you wake up which is very cool. It is a very enjoyable set up to enjoy with friends and family.
