You will love our four bedroom two bath newly built home. Located in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach. A short walk to the beach and many restuarants and bars. Everything you could ever want in a vacation home for your family you will find in this spacious, newly remodeled and beautifully furnished 2100 square foot home.
The house is a 'Key West' style home with beautiful lush landscaping. Enjoy the tropical paradise of your private garden with your own putting green, and driving cage in your own backyard. The home has two bedrooms upstairs with queen-size beds in each. There are two bedrooms downstairs with two twin-size beds in one and a fun bunkbed with desk in the 'kids room'. Of course, there are games, video games, and DVDs for the kids to enjoy. Each bedroom has their own TV for their personal viewing. The living room has vaulted ceilings, new stylish décor and a new 57-inch TV. Enjoy cooking in our remodeled kitchen wih it's maple cabinets and slate countertops.
It is a two minute walk to the beautiful white sands of Indian Rocks beach and two blocks from the IRB boat ramp and dock leading to the Intracoastal Waterway. It's also 2 blocks from the IRB city hall, library and Knob park where you'll find lighted tennis courts, basketball court, skateboard park, and playground equipment.
Indian Rocks Beach is a quiet residential beach community located about 3 miles south of Clearwater Beach. The city is less than three miles along the Gulf of Mexico and waterfront property faces either the Gulf or the Intracoastal Waterway. It is a quiet town whose 2.7 miles of beachfront is very popular with all ages. Indian Rocks beach is known as “The World's Safest Beach” due to the numerous sand bars along its beautiful seashore. It is also known for it's many great restaurants.

While I'm sure there are other great homes one the beach, this home is gorgeous and affordable to rent. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house is just as beautiful as your photos show it to be. It had all the accommodations necessary and then some. We enjoyed playing put-put in the backyard and the beach umbrella was quite handy. I called it my dream beach house. Ha! We really appreciate you sharing this gorgeous house with us and I hope to return again! (PS- Check out the guest book at the house, the restaurants/bars people suggest are GREAT!)Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Our stay in this home was absolutely wonderful! The home is comfortable and spacious....it truly felt like a 'home away from home.' With small children, I often have a hard time finding vacation rentals that can accomodate us but this home was definitely kid-friendly and had just the right set-up to meet our needs. The outside shower was great and the upstairs patio made for a great place to eat amongst the beautiful gardens. Every room has a tv which was definitely a plus....especially with kids who all want to watch something different. :) The beach access featuring restrooms and showers was very close and the area had many attractions for people of all ages to enjoy! We really couldn't have been happier! Thanks Maria!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

Our family spent a wonderful Christmas holiday at this beautiful home at Indian Rocks. My parents and their friends walked for miles each morning on the beach and we all met many friendly locals at the surrounding restaurants. From this location we easily made day trips to Clearwater, St. Pete and Tampa. All in all, we came away very happy indeed.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

The was a pleasure staying at this house. Close to beach and convenient to other attractions. We fell in love with the house and didn't want to leave. The putting green was a nice touch.
