An amazing, quiet and pristinely beautiful area. A place to make memories and revisit every year. My kids loved it and remember it fondly. It's a safe place for kids to just be kids, explore and grow.Recommended for: Adventure seekers.

Location
Owner info
Year Purchased: 1917
About the owner: My fourteen year old son is the 5th generation of our family to spend summers on North Haven Island on the same property my great grandparents bought in 1917.
Why the Owner Chose North Haven:
The Forge used to a be wing on the main house. My grandmother moved it in the 1960's to its present location. Far enough away for privacy and quiet, but close enough to join her family for dinner, she renovated the Forge to be her own private cottage on her 40 acre farm.
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage:
If you like to be surrounded by beauty, to see the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening, and like a bit of remoteness, you will love The Forge. For adults it is a lovely retreat, for children, it is a safe place to run through fields and revel in the outdoors.
