Why the Owner Chose Truro: After visiting Cape Cod, specifically the outer Cape, for many years, we jumped at the chance to buy this property, which overlooks Cape Cod National Seashore (and always will).
The Unique Benefits at this House: Privacy and natural beauty best describe our location. We abut the Cape Cod National Seashore and have a distant view of Provincetown from our rooftop deck. We are only about 1.5 miles from the nearest Bay beach and 2.5 miles from the nearest ocean beach. Less than a mile to a quiet village with grocery/deli, fish store, park and one of the best restaurants on Cape Cod.
