Unique beach house located close to beach on Sanibel's east end. Easy access to all that Sanibel has to offer. Take a short two minute stroll and enjoy the warm gulf waters and beautiful white sand beaches. The beach house is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation on a double lot that offers privacy, and has a wraparound porch and swing set.
The spacious airy main level has an open floorplan with den, living room, bathroom, kitchen, dining area and countertop with stools. The washer and dryer are conveniently located next to the kitchen. The second floor has three bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and sliding glass doors that lead out to a private porch. It also has a loft with a twin bed and a window with a peek of the gulf. The second bedroom has two twin beds and the third bedroom has one twin bed. For additional sleeping accommodations, the den has a sofa bed.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
Howard and Lois Lorsch purchased Beachmusic several years ago. It is a perfect beach home on Sanibel located one block away from the beautiful Gulf Beach.
The Unique Benefits at this House
I think that the best feature of beachmusic is how close it is to the Gulf of Mexico, although, Howard would argue that it's the outdoor shower.
