Our Condos P2 and P3 at Apple Valley Resort are two-story, fully-equipped townhouses each with two balconies and a deck. Our Condos are side by side so you can stay close to your family and friends!
Each level has a full bath (ie 2 baths per condo).
Upstairs in P3 one room has a queen-size bed and a couple chairs that transform into single beds. A separate bedroom has a double bed.
Upstairs in P2 there is a King-size bed and a double bed. A chair that transforms into a single bed, as well as a futon mattres that can be pulled from closet for additional sleeping capacity. Upstairs is one Grand Room. There is not a separate bedroom in P2 as there is in P3. (see pictures!)
At Apple Valley Resort we have heated pool, saunas, three lighted tennis courts, and basketball court. We also have a Club House, boat parking and a large picnic area with playground.
SECURITY:
Apple Valley has a resident manager on duty in case any emergency should arise. Also, we provide you with a security code you’ll need to enter the gate, which protects the entrance to our Apple Valley Resort.
