  We just got back from a 3 week, 5 city trip to Spain and this was by far the best apartment that we stayed in. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Madrid. The Good: -The apartment was really clean and well maintained, the pictures posted are accurate and recent (not always the case with apartment rentals) -The apartment was well stocked: Laundry detergent, fabric softner, oils and spices, toilet paper, etc. -Had a nice washer and dryer (separate units to speed up laundry process) and fast & reliable internet service. -The furniture and beds were in good condition and really comfortable -The apartment was stocked with tons of helpful tourist books and pamphlets. -Location was great, several large stores and tons of restaurants within several blocks. Metro stop was 3 blocks away. -Owners were waiting for us and very helpful -Apartment was very large and we all wished we could have stayed there longer. The Bad -This is the only apartment from our trip where we couldn't think of anything to list for the bad. Thanks for letting us stay at your excellent apartment!

  We rented the apartment for 4 adults and 2 children originally for a week and our experience was so wonderful that we came back for an extra couple of days before leaving Spain! The apartment is spacious, full of light, very nicely decorated and in perfect condition, has everything you need! and it is located in a superb area with plenty of stores and a subway station nearby. And to top it all, the owner, German, was such a wonderful host! We will for sure be coming back to stay here for all future visits to Madrid and highly recommend it as a much better option to any hotel.

  Our family stayed at the apartment for more than one month. We were 3 adults and 2 children. The apartment was perfect for our family. The apartment was nicely furnished, kitchen was well equipped and there was everything you need for preparation of food. The hole apartment was well-maintained. Bathrooms were very nice like in pictures as shown. The location was also perfect, walking distance from city center. The metro station was near by only few minutes walk. Around the area you found many restaurants, shops and cafes. There was a big supermarket right next to the apartment were you can find for example a good assortment of baby food, diapers etc. Near the apartment was many nice playgrounds for children. Also the apartment was very quiet, traffic noise could not reach to the penthouse. The owner of the apartment was very helpful and friendly. He provide good customer service by keeping his words in every case and he was always willing to help. We are very pleased to recommend the aparment for everyone. Thank you German, you made our stay in Madrid unforgettable! And we will be back to Arapiles :-)

  Somos dos adultos y tres niños. Hemos pasado un mes en el piso de Germán y estuvimos encantados. Esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de tiendas, mercado, cine y se llega andando al centro. Hay dos parques infantiles cerca. El piso esta tranquilo, limpísimo y tiene todo lujo de detalles. Parece un hotel. German siempre estuvo disponible para solucionar cualquier tipo de problema y ofrece la información más útil que uno pueda necesitar. Sin lugar a dudas repetiremos

  Hemos disfrutado de este estupendo piso durante 5 días en Semana Santa; 2 parejas y 3 niños pequeños. La estancia no ha podido ser mejor. Hemos esto super a gusto con todas las comodidades que tendríamos en nuestra propia casa y e una zona muy tranquila y accesible en metro. Además Germán, el dueño, sin habérselo pedido había comprado una trona para el más pequeño; todo un detallazo.

  Nos quedamos mi familia y yo (2 adultos y 3 niños) en el piso durante una semana y estuvimos estupendamente. Está muy bien situado y es cómodo, sin ruidos y con todo lo que puedas necesitar. El dueño, Germán, estuvo disponible en todo momento para cualquier problema o cosa que pudiéramos necesitar y sin duda lo recomendamos.

  Appartement idéal pour séjourner à Madrid ! Très bien situé, à 5 mn à pieds du métro. Tous commerces également à 5 mn. Très silencieux, très propre et bien entretenu, très bien équipé dans tous les domaines (électroménager, tv, internet, chauffage et climatisation). Literie neuve et impeccable. Linge de toilette et draps fournis impeccables aussi. Parking couvert et gardé. Accueil agréable avec de bons conseils, beaucoup de documentations à disposition. Nous recommandons cet appartement +++.
