Three bedroom, two and a half bathroom townhouse with community pond (Salt Pond) with dock for launching your kayak or canoe. There is also a community pool with a kiddie pool and tennis courts.
Large open living area with kitchen and dining overlooking back deck. All bedrooms and two baths are located upstairs. TV, VCR and DVD player in living room and a TV without cable in master bedroom. Both master bathroom and master bath are renovated before the 2011 rental season.
