Sundeck at the house and one at the dock! Also, covered boat slip for those that do not want the sun. Large cove great for swimming, fishing or floating. Rent a boat or jet-ski nearby - or drop your own in at Stutts Marina.
NASCAR fans - what a treat with Mooresville and race museums near - also the new Concord Mills Mall. Blowing Rock, Hickory Furniture Mart, and Charlotte are all great daytrips.
