Welcome to out beautifully appointed three bedroom pool home. Our house was completed in October 2005 and we have spared no costs on home comforts. Our guests simply love it, especially the views over the lake! Enjoy the fabulous birdlife around the lake, especially the resident Herons and Kingfishers. We love sitting by the pool with a glass of wine watching the sunsets. I guarantee you'll practically live outside by the pool. The pool area is perfect for outside dining.
The house is beautifully furnished, right down to a leather recliner. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and has full lake views. The master bathroom has twin wash basins, a bath and walk in shower. All bedrooms have walk in closets.
The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and a full bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds. From the family room you can enjoy beautiful views of the lake and fountain. The pool (electrically heated) looks onto the lake and has a southern exposure for lots of sun hours. All rooms, even the lanai, have fans. There is dining room for 6 both inside and also in the pool area.
NO PETS AND NO SMOKING.
The cultural and social centers of Ft. Myers and Naples are closeby. Enjoy walking in downtown Naples or visiting the chic restaurants and art galleries of 5th Avenue and 3rd Street. There are nine public/ semi private golf courses within 10 minutes drive from our house.
There's absolutely no shortage of supermarkets or restaurants within minutes from our location. The fabulous Miromar Outlets shopping mall is less than a mile away. Coconut Point shopping and dining and Gulf Coast Town Center are 5 miles away.
We are situated west of I-75 and 1 mile from US. 41. Bonita and Bare Foot beach are 20 minutes away and Ft. Myers Beach is 25 mins.
We make a point of being pro active in communicating with our guests before their stay. The personal contact with guests is very important to us. Our neighbor also acts as our housewatcher. the house is equiped with WiFi internet. this si free of charge to renters

We were lucky finding this lot at our community. We were looking for a pool home with a southern exposure and on a lake. We spend most of the time outside sitting next to the pool, enjoying the peaceful lake views and beautiful bird life.

We believe we offer our guests excellent personal attention and service. We have lots of experience dealing with many different nationalities of guests and communicate regularly beforehand (please read the reviews on this webpage). Our neighbor is also our housewatcher which we find a convenient arrangement.

We recently rented this house for a week. It was our first time staying in a house rather than a hotel and we'd do it again in a second! Adrian was very easy to work with and responded to all questions immediately. The house is clean, well taken care of and close to shopping and restaurants. We rented this home for the month of February 2011. At first we were a bit nervous to rent from an owner living so far away, but Adrian quickly calmed any of our concerns with his outstanding and prompt communications. In addition to email, we spoke via phone prior to arrival, and then met him in person in January when he was in the home. The entire rental process went without a hitch – from confirming the reservation to timely receipt of the security deposit. His next-door-neighbor is the contact person for any problems, but I never met him since we had no problems! The location of this house is excellent – central to so many things in the Estero/Ft. Meyers/Bonita Springs area. As others indicated, the house is very clean. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable and the room itself is much larger than it looks in the picture. The rental rate is quite competitive for a single family house with a pool and the $200 electric allowance is higher than most. A real value! Thank you to Adrian and Marga for sharing your house. We really enjoyed our stay in this home. The location is central to everything - shopping, golf, airport and restaurants. The house is very clean and well-equipped. This home has a beautiful southern view of the pond and the wildlife that visits there. The owner was very easy to work with and accessible during our visit in case we had a problem (like the security code for wireless internet). I would definitely recommend this home if you're looking in Estero.

Our stay at this property was most enjoyable. it was just a perfect spot to spend a month away from Michigan winters. The listing description was very accurate. The photo's were right on, but I must say, the home was better than the photo's. The home was outstandingly clean on our arrival. getting in touch with the owner was alway easy and the owner quickly answered any question and kept regularly in touch. The location to shopping and restaurants was ideal. Coconut Point shopping and it's restaurants were outstanding. The beaches are within 20 mins. We particularly enjoyed the scenery and lake by the pool in the lanai. I would highly recommend this rental property. Thanks again Ray & Maxine

We absolutely enjoyed our month stay at the property. The house exceeded our expectations as soon as we walked in the door. Much of our time was spent around the pool over looking the pond, over coffee in the morning was an excellent way to begin the day. Another highlight for us was the excellent restaurants in the area. Our favourites were P.F.Changs and Chops. My wife and I enjoyed making use of the two bicycles that were available. We also had an opportunity to tour Estero Bay and the Gulf by jetski and would highly recommend this. There were Dolphins following us on either side of the watercraft. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with the owner of the property. If the opportunity ever presented itself again, I would definitely return for another stay.

We really enjoyed our two month stay (Feb. and Mar. 2007) at your beautiful home located in the Copper Oaks subdivision, Estero. The house was tastefully decorated and very central to the airport, most shopping centres, golf courses and beaches in southwest Florida. We were delighted with the lanai--whether it was swimming in the pool, getting caught up on promised reading, bar-b-queing our meals or just relaxing under the warm Florida sun. Our dinners at night by the pool were always enjoyable--especially with the wonderful sunsets and a glass of wine or two. We also made good use of your two bikes by riding them within the subdivision--a very pleasant and healthy experience. During our walks we found your Florida neighbours to be very friendly. Many thanks for allowing us to rent your Florida home; we hope to return in the near future.
