A beautiful, well thought out, contemporary home good for a family (or 2!). Spacious and bright, very kid friendly, lots of place to entertain and a great kitchen, deck with gas grill, only a very short walk to the beach. There is nothing to not like about this place...except having to leave!

This place is beautifully designed, comfortable and close to everything. If you are coming to spend time outside, its walking distance to the beach, and there is ample outdoor space for having a bbq or just plain old hanging out. If you like to stay inside, there are 2 rooms for hanging out it - one with kitchen, dining, lounging and fireplace, and the other with more lounging, TV and game table (perfect for puzzles)! Its a short drive to a number of restaurants and shops, so there is always plenty to do. I come back time and again because I love it so much!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

This is a great vacation house in a beautiful natural setting. The location is perfect, just steps from beach and short drive to some quaint restaurants and shops. The house is light and bright and has a cool modern vibe. I nice departure from country crafty weekend homes. We stayed with another couple and there was a lot of space to spread out. The back deck will be great in the summer, although we did build a fire in the outdoor pit one evening which was really comfortable. Easy drive from Chicago. Highly recommended!
