Enjoy a relaxing vacation for your entire family here at beautiful Ocean Isle Beach while staying at this new luxury four bedroom, four bath Villa. Every bedroom has it's own private bathroom! Situated along a man-made lagoon, you are able to enjoy both ocean and inner-coastal waterway views. Every effort has been made to ensure you enjoy all the conveniences of home while on vacation at the beach.
In addition to TV/DVD players/VCRs in each bedroom, the family room includes a new HD TV with stereo and Playstation II for the kids. For your convenience, we have also included high-speed wireless internet access. Each bedroom is equipped with its own full bath. Two King beds and four double beds make sleeping 12 guests a breeze.
The wide, soft sandy beaches of the West end of the island are only a short walk away. Once out on the beach, you can also enjoy access to the Islander Beach Club which includes a large pool situated right on the ocean with hot tub and kid’s pool. If a refreshment and quick bite to eat is what you are after, sit back and relax at the Tiki Bar and Restaurant which overlooks the Atlantic. Four tennis courts are also available less than 50 yards from our front door.
After your day on the beach is complete, head back and relax in the rocking chairs on the large and spacious decks, or kick back on the plush accommodations inside the Villa. The gourmet kitchen includes all brand new Stainless Steel appliances with all the utensils you could possible need to prepare a meal for the family. In the storage unit beneath the balcony we also have a charcoal barbeque grill for your convenience. Or if you would prefer someone else do the cooking, the Islander Restaurant is across the street where you can enjoy the best gourmet meal on the island, and usually listen to some local live music out at the Tiki Bar. Also, we've compiled a book of all the restaurants within a 30 minute drive for you to chose from.
You truly get the best of both worlds with the private and quiet atmosphere of Ocean Isle, and only a short drive away from the electric nightlife and entertainment of North Myrtle and Myrtle Beach. Great shopping at the Tanger Outlets, live entertainment at The House of Blues, nightlife at Broadway at the Beach, the North Carolina Battleship Memorial, and downtown Wilmington are all within driving distance. Also, be sure to fish off the pier, or try your hand at 40 championship golf courses all within 15 miles.

Why the Owner Chose Ocean Isle Beach
We chose to buy at Ocean Isle Beach because it offers something for everyone. We enjoy the laid back NC beach setting with little traffic and wide, open beaches with plenty of room to spread out, which makes it great for families! We also enjoy the convenience of dozens of top-notch golf course, shopping, miniature golf, fantastic restaurants, and other activities within a 10-15 min drive. And if you're looking for even more entertainment or options to take a break from the beach, Myrtle Beach and all it's activities are only 45 minutes away! And don't forget about the ocean front pool, hot tub, tiki bar, and restaurant just a short walk from our condo at the Isles Beach Club, which renters have access to! At Ocean Isle, you never have to leave the island but there is plenty more to do close by if you choose.

Our condo is shared between parents and their two sons' families. All of us live in NC and enjoy trips to Ocean Isle when the condo isn't rented. We've taken special efforts to furnish the kitchen and rooms with all the comforts and accessories you'd expect at home. We've also made our storage unit available to renters, who are welcome to use the grill, chairs, umbrellas, wagon, beach toys, and anything else to make your stay more enjoyable. A big thank you for sharing your place at OIB...the weather was beautiful, we did the prerequesite mini-golf and Krispy Kreme jaunts,collected enough shells for a dozen craft projects, and I think the best comment came from grandaughter Layne (she's 4):"Mom, can't we just cancel going home?" We did forget the grandson's beach boards but figure you can add them to the closet of supplies if you like. So thanks for the memories!

Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed staying at your villa. We especially liked that the villa was clean (no bugs), quiet, had comfortable beds, and a very functional kitchen area. We’ll keep you in mind should we revisit Ocean Isle Beach next year.

I just wanted you to know that my family and I had a wonderful time in OI last weekend and your villa was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we could ask for. I really do appreciate your kindness in all the information you gave me. We took advantage for the extra time you allowed on checking out on Monday. I returned the keys to the realty co. at noon. That extra time with my family allowed one more time on the beach with the warm sand on our feet and the bright beautiful sun in the sky. As you can hear, the weather was great - just some rain on Friday, otherwise, sunny the rest of the time. Thanks again Blake. I looked forward to returning to your villa in the future and will praise about it to all of my friends. Have a good weekend.
