  From the moment we were picked up from the airport by the Villa Padma staff we could not have been more impressed by our experience in this property. The Villa itself was simply stunning - large airy rooms, beautiful gardens, fantastic swimming pool and very peaceful. Although the property seems quite remote, it is just a 5 minute walk to central Lovina, with all its shops and numerous retaurants. Travelling with young kids (6,10 &12), we were not sure how they would cope in this setting (having previously stayed in the more hectic south), but they also fell in love with the villa spending most days either in the pool or playing in the beautifully manicured gardens. The staff, especially Juli whose cooking was to die for, were terrific and were always ready and eager to help with any problem we might have no matter how small. The professionalism of the owners (especially Frederique who answered all our emails/questions promptly) meant that booking this property from Australia was incredibly simple!. We would have no hesitation in recommending Villa Padma to anyone looking for quality accommodation and a relaxing holiday in North Bali.

  We have stayed for 4 days at the Villa Padma.The welcoming we had was nice. THE VILLA is verry nice and big , the Garden is beautiful and well looked after by Reno the Gardener wich also cleans the Swimingpool every day. JULI the nice Girl looks after House makes the Beds washs the cloth and she cooks nice meals. we have been in HOTELS in Lovina but we like to stay in this VILLA much more. We have the Services like in a Hotel but the Privecis and PEACEFULLNES is so nice to have a relaxing HOLIDAY. The Office in Lovina looked after our neads and helped us in every way they cane. THE Shops are within walking distance and Restaurants are also near. We recommend Villa PADMA to all the people wich like to have COMFORT. We will be going back next year and look forward allready now.

  If you want to relax and to take it very easy and to read books, go to Lovina. It is very-very different from hectic South. We stayed in Villa Padma in March 2012 (married couple from North-Europe travelling with one 5 year old kid). Villa Padma is situated in the village of Kalibukbuk - the heart of Lovina. Restaurants and Lovina Beach are 10-15 min walking distance from the Villa. A lot of small shops (warungs) nearby. Being the last property in the street, you can enjoy nice view to rice field and mountains. Villa Padma is spacious and modern. Air-conditioned bedrooms. Masterbedroom with its own bathroom. Two other bedrooms share common bathroom. Villa has 24h security and daytime housekeeping service. Very secure and convenient - everything is taken care of. The plantation in the garden is awesome. Nice pool in the garden. Watch your kids as it is quite deep! We did not experience any problems during our stay. If you want some privacy and balinese style luxury, then this place is worth of it. We will returns one day for sure. And the best part of it - local people in the village are truly friendly without being too intrusive.

  Wat wij zo leuk vonden aan Padma, is dat je in een echt autentiek stukje Bali zit ( maar wel met alle luxe van dien). Als we het hek uit liepen en naar de hoofdstraat liepen dan werden we zo vriendelijk begroet door onze balinese buurtgenoten. Zonder dat ze opdringerig zijn of zo. Je waant je echt een beetje een medebewoner. Verder prima huis, mooi, ruim, schoon, en zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame staf. Lekkere bedden en lekkere douches (hebben we wel eens anders meegemaakt).Lovina is een heerlijk strand stadje met leuke bars en restaurants. Het zwemba d was perfect! De Villa heeft alle luxe die je maar kan bedenken. Uitstekend. Andy Peeterstown

  Soms zeggen foto's niet alles... Op de site van Villa Padma zijn vele foto's te bewonderen van de Villa. Maar de werkelijkheid is veel mooier. Je komt aanrijden, de poort gaat open en dan zie je de Villa... Je wordt welkom geheten door Julie. Wat een prachtige Villa! Julie laat alles zien en heeft heerlijke soto bereid, zodat je gelijk prettig voelt in de Villa. Wat een geweldige ruimte. Wij waren met twee stellen en dan is het erg fijn dat je alle ruimte hebt en elkaar niet in de weg zit. De Villa heeft een zeer gunstige ligging, lekkker rustig maar niet te rustig, een prachtige uitzicht over de mooie rijstterrassen, en alles op loopafstand. Overdag kun je heerlijk relaxen bij het zwembad en een verfrissende duik maken. 's avonds hebben wij vele uren doorgebracht op de veranda. Julie die alles goed verzorgd en ook heerlijk kan koken. Wij hebben dan ook van haar kookkunsten genoten! Niets was haar teveel en altijd even vriendelijk met haar brede glimlach. En Reno houdt de tuin en het zwembad netjes. Wil je een dagje op pad, dan is dat prima te regelen met de helpdesk ter plekke. Hier hebben wij dan ook diverse malen gebruik van gemaakt. Het is allemaal heel servicegericht! Wij hebben echt genoten van de periode dat wij in de Villa verbleven. Afscheid nemen viel ons dan ook zwaar. Het contact met de eigenaar hebben wij als prettig ervaren. De vragen die wij hadden werden snel beantwoordt en de afhandeling van de boeking en het verrekenen van de electricititeit en resterende borg is zeer correct verlopen. Wij hebben een hele mooie herinnering erbij waar we nog vaak terug aan zullen denken!

  We waren aangenaam verrast toen we door het hek van Villa Padma gereden waren en ineens in een sprookje waren beland. Een heel bijzonder huis met mooie houtsnijwerken. Juli kookt lekker. Ze weet alleen niet goed met de oven om te gaan en strijken vindt ze ook niet zo leuk, maar het huis was schoon en zeer comfortabel en vanaf de veranda hebben we iedere dag genoten van het prachtige uitzicht over de rijstvelden. Daar is altijd wel iets te zien. Een boer die met een koe langsloopt of wat kalfjes die door het veld loslopen. Het zwembad en de tuin zijn nog mooier dan we dachten.   Schoon, mooi, rustig gelegen in een hele mooie tuin. Als je van tropische natuur houdt dan waan je je in Villa Padma in het paradijs. Zoveel kleuren en bloeiende planten. We hebben genoten en gaan zeker nog een keer terug. Het strand, waar we eigenlijk nooit op hebben gezeten, want de terrasjes zijn veel leuker, ligt op 10 minuutjes lopen, maar wij gingen altijd met het scootertje. Central Lovina, Kalibukbuk, is het enige plaatsje in Noord Bali, waar een keur van eethuisjes en shopjes zijn, die leuk zijn voor de westerse toerist, maar toch ook niet te toeristisch. Wij hebben ook nog in een strandvilla gezeten in Dencarik, maar dat was ons veel te afgelegen. Nel en Peter Kars

  Een aanrader. Wij komen al jaren naar Bali om even aan de winter te ontsnappen, maar Padma is tot nu toe het leukste huis op de leukste plek met de leukste staf waar we hebben gezeten. Lekker centraal, maar toch heel rustig gelegen. Juli kookt uitstekend. Het hoogtepunt was een uitnodiging van Jimmy Hendrix ( zo noemt hij zichzelf) om naar een uitvoering van zijn muziekschooltje te komen. Hij kwam ons ophalen en we zijn door de sawa naar zijn huis gelopen, dat 100 meter verderop lag. Enig om al die kinderen balinese muziek te horen maken en de balinese dansen te zien doen. We hebben genoten! Met name de tuin en het zwembad zijn heerlijk! We komen hier zeker nog eens terug. Familie Content, uit Blaricum

  We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in Villa Padma. Het hoogtepunt van onze reis door Bali! Het huis ligt werkelijk prachtig. Juli, de huishoudster, heeft er voor gezorgd dat het ons aan niets heeft ontbroken. Ze kookt werkelijk heerlijk. Een oase van rust in een werkelijk schitterende tuin. Maar toch niet afgelegen. We gingen vrijwel iedere dag even lopend bij de Buda-bakery langs om vers brood te bestellen en hun eigengemaakte marmelade is hemels. Het huis zelf is ruim, van alle gemakken voorzien, schoon en erg mooi ingericht. Met name op de veranda was het heerlijk toeven onder de wappertjes. Een echte aanrader. Familie Becker, Amsterdam

High season: (from July 1st - September 11th and from December 18th - January 8th)

Low season:
120 € per day with an occupation of 1 - 2 persons.

Minimum reservation of three days.

The above mentioned rates include:

-  The use of the services of the staff, as described on this page, (a housekeeper, a gardener and security personnel) for six days of the week.-  The use of towels, bath sheets, bed linen and kitchen cloths.

-  Gas and drinking water.

The rental price is excluding the electricity: the metre mode is being taken at arrival and on departure, after that the bill is paid, which is to be discounted from the bail.

Payment:

Within two weeks after the reservation you are required to make a 30 % down payment, after which the reservation is confirmed.
- The prices include 11 % taxes and tourist surcharge.

At least one month before the beginning of the rental period the rest of the rental rate has to be paid and deposited on the account of the landlord, together with a deposit of 150 €.

This deposit will be reimbursed within two weeks after the rental period has come to an end, after discounting the costs of energy and any damage made during your stay.

A cancellation insurance and a travel insurance are on your account.
