This is the place you dreamed of when you dreamed of a getaway to the beach! Casa Bella is nearly 3000 square feet of beachfront luxury, built and furnished in the style of the great beachfront mansions of old.
From the minute you walk through the front gate, down the wooden walkway, and through the beautiful front doors you will feel the mood that says Rest, relax, have fun. You are at the beach!, Walk down the steps (one lot over) and sink your toes into the sand, stroll the beach to your heart's content. This is beachfront living at its best!
The hardwood floors throughout, the distressed wood paneling, and ornate ceilings make this a world away from whatever you left at home.
The living room is spacious, and the feeling is magnified by the ten foot ceilings and the wall to wall windows with an expansive view of the beach and the ocean that fills your vision. The huge gas fireplace helps create the perfect place for long, languid conversations, with the Pacific Ocean underscoring it all. The central in-house stereo will pipe your chosen musical accompaniment throughout Casa Bella.
The dining room is an extension of the living room, and continues the sweeping ocean and beach views. Whether for intimate dinners for two or feasts for a large group, it is the perfect setting for fabulous food and great company.
Preparing those meals will be a joy in this fantastic, fully-furnished kitchen. Upgraded professional-grade appliances such as the Thermidor Professional gas range with grill and griddle, will bring out the great chef in you. And, you know how it is, everyone always winds up in the kitchen well that is ok, because the counter seating is designed to make conversation the main entrée.
Just off the living room is a wonderful room that is perfect for a little quiet reading or TV watching. A peaceful and relaxing getaway, it has a partial ocean view. The couch is a queen-size sofa sleeper, allowing the room to do triple duty as TV room, library, and bedroom.
Enter the Master Bedroom suite through the double doors at the top of the stairs and you will fall under the spell of this romantic and comfortable place. Magnificent ocean and beach views, queen-size bed, and luxurious master bath. You will feel the peacefulness from the moment you enter. You will fall asleep to the lullaby of the Pacific waves with awe inspiring views of moonlight and starlight on the water, and you will wake to the stunning vista that is the majestic Pacific Ocean. The master bath is spectacular, with a Jacuzzi tub for two, double sinks, and even a double shower with double seats.
The other three bedrooms on the second floor are simply fantastic. They are built and furnished in the style of a more romantic age. The second upstairs bedroom has more sweeping ocean views and a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and partial ocean view. The fourth bedroom has a trundle bed and a built-in single. This room will be a favorite of the young and young at heart. The upstairs full bath is beautifully decorated, and includes a skylight.
Sooner or later, everyone gravitates to the downstairs media room, to enjoy the 60' HDTV, DVD, VCR, Extended Digital cable offerings (including Starz and Showtime premium programming, and digital music channels), and the Xbox. The surround-sound system puts you in the middle of the action. Adding to the appeal of all the electronic entertainment is the sweeping and up-close ocean view. For your snacking there is a complete mini-kitchen/wet bar with microwave and mini-fridge.
Just outside the media room is the hot tub deck with its breathtaking ocean views. Sunsets or stargazing from the hot tub are unbeatable!
The media room doubles as a bedroom, with a full sofa sleeper, walk-in closet, and a full bathroom. You may have to draw straws to see who gets this awesome room!
The wrap-around deck is partially protected, and is a great place for relaxing, wave watching, sunbathing, stargazing, and... Well, whatever.
High-Speed, Broadband Wireless Internet access and an eMachine computer are provided.
The full-size washer and dryer are located on the second floor, just steps from all the bedrooms.
With the queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room, the sleeping capacity of Casa Bella is 15 persons.

- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: The primary renter, who assumes total financial responsibility for the actions of the entire rental party must be at least 25 years old and have a major credit card in his or her own name.
- Smoking Not Allowed: Smoking is not allowed inside Casa Bella. Smoking is allowed outside provided the smoke does not blow into the house and that smoking materials are disposed of properly. Violation of this rule will result in a minimum $500 penalty and forfeiture of the unit without refund.
