We have stayed at this house both in 2010 and 2011 and love it. Perfect accommodations for couples or small family. Clean and smoke free. Love the use of the bikes. Good location. Away from all street noise. Great lot located among huge trees. Close to tennis center. Well furnished and very comfortable. Renting again in 2012.Recommended for: Age 55+.

What a perfect setting your lovely home has been for our stay in Hilton Head. Spacious, excellent layout, tastefully furnished and decorated and all your efforts to make things easy for your guest. Bicyles with locks, beach chairs, gas grill ( we did not use), wireless internet and the list go on. We appreciate your attention to detail and order. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Thank you so much. We will be back again for the next conference and hope your home is available for our visit.. Warm Wishes, The Hammonds.Did you find this review helpful? Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful house with us. Everything was just perfect and well stocked/clean. We've never had such a complete kitchen and we put it all together on Thanksgiving. We really appreciated being able to arrive a day early. The bikes and beach chairs made things so easy. We'd love to come back some time in the future.Did you find this review helpful? Thank you so much for the use of your lovely home. It was the perfect place for us. My favorite part was the many sky lights and windows. We had so much fun taking walks and looking for alligators, reading on the deck, fishing, golfing and walking on the beach. Your kitchen was well equipped so we enjoyed cooking. Your home was so comfortable, spread out and happy. We hope to come again.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Owner info
About the owner: We are retired and live in Asheboro, NC. David retired from city management and Dianne retired from nursing continuing education. This is a second home that we enjoy sharing with other families who enjoy the coast. We have one daughter who lives/works in Wilmington, NC. We love Hilton Head and enjoy walking and biking.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes:
We've been coming to Hilton Head Island since 1974 and always thought if we ever had the chance, we'd like to have a home here. We made an offer on this house the same day it came on the market.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We enjoy the many trees, the deep lot, the serenity, the quiet and the wildlife.
