Meander through natural vegetation, palm trees, and a picket fence, and climb the stairs to the large, front porch. French doors open to balconies off the raised first and second floor level. Kid-friendly touches include a first-floor master bedroom (with a cradle close by for infants) that is connected to a child’s room by a Jack-N-Jill bathroom, with more bedrooms on the second floor.
Family gatherings will reach an all-time high when you enter the third-floor living and dining area. After the beach, rinse off at the outdoor shower, and take the party outside to the private 'splash' pool for a cookout on the grill. Or take your large gathering down to the community pool for an afternoon in the sun!
