The heated pool with whirlpool, pool table, and outdoor kitchen (oven, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, barbecue grill) make this complex the perfect place to sit back and enjoy the beautiful Florida sunsets! You will be spoiled!!This condominium faces the beach and the living room balcony overlooks the beautiful new pool and whirpool. The fully-equipped kitchen has a seated bar area and a kitchen table that seats six. The den is furnished with a sectional sofa with a pull-out bed and cable television/DVD player. The guest room is furnished with a twin/full bunk bed and is equipped with cable television. The guest bathroom is equipped with a jacuzzi bathtub for those rough days of lounging in the sun! The master bedroom has its own private bath, seating area, and walk-in closet. It is furnished with a king-sized bed and is equipped with cable television.The condominium has a dual access stairwell. One from the parking area and another for beach access. Once you arrive, you can park your car, lock the privacy gate and not hear or see a car for the rest of your stay! What a wonderful life!**This is a non-smoking building; and, no pets please.
